We had multiple rooms flood after our laundry room sink overflowed. Elijah arrived quickly and immediately took charge. He later walked the damage with our insurance adjuster and handled every question with confidence. Our adjuster came in skeptical of Best Option Restoration, but Elijah’s knowledge, experience, and calm explanations shut that down fast. He even answered questions before the adjuster could ask, which was both impressive and honestly pretty funny. Matt and Rey followed through with excellent work. They removed damaged trim and flooring, drilled the holes needed for proper wall drying, and moved our furniture to the garage so the flooring removal could begin. They worked efficiently and treated our home with care. Elijah, Matt, and Rey are skilled, professional remediation experts. I strongly recommend Best Option Restoration.

The team did excellent work to reduce the amount of damage from a clogged AC line leaking water on ceilings, walls, and hardwood floods on both levels. Eric came out and had team on site next day. Garret , Dusty , Dustin and Canon did amazing work saving the first floor hardwood. The team also provided great details and met with the insurance adjustor to show we acted quickly with Paul Davis to greatly reduce the amount of damage and cost of repairs!!!!

Impressive from start to finish, the NWA Best Option Restoration team was incredible to work with! Scott answered my call immediately and came out to assess our water damage within the hour of calling him. Most impressive about Scott is how carefully he listens to his clients and offers helpful options to fit their needs. Just as an example, I have multiple chemical sensitivities so I was concerned about the chemicals that might be used on the job. Scott really listened to me, and he had plenty of suggestions to complete the restoration properly without causing reactions for me while doing so. His boys, who helped with portions of our job, are also knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and reliable. I appreciate that Scott reached out to us daily during the multiple-day job to let us know next steps and ETAs for return visits AND he consistently came at the times he said he would be there!
