Run!!! We hired Travis to construct a metal shop. What a nightmare. Was never there for a full day and had random people there working on it. Pretty sure most if not all were paid under the table. He even had his step son there. The end result was horrible poorest quality I have ever seen on a metal building. Had the ROC out and his work didn’t meet the minimum standards they have. Again Run! It took him it’s took him 8 mos to ruin our building. There are too many issues to list in this review but we have taken legal action it’s that bad!!! I could have done a better job myself.

0 stars if we could. Terrible experience and the nightmare continues with this organization more specifically Travis Neff. We hired him up in Pinetop to construct a high end metal garage/ shop. His “workers” 9 different random unqualified people randomly showed up to work on it. They were not employees nor subcontractors. Horrible workmanship… excuses excuses excuses. After we complained to the ROC, they came to inspect and agreed it DID NOT meet their minimum standards. We held out final payment obviously. Travis then went and filed an invalid lien on our home we discovered at point of sale for the property. We had to pay him off before we could close. We have now hired an attorney to take him and his organization to court! You’ve been warned. Wish I had been back when we hired him.

Recently, we had a flood in our master bathroom. ICN was the contractor we chose from State Farm's list. Big mistake. We decided this would be a good time do some upgrades, to paint the entire house, and replace all the flooring. Even though ICN charges 20% overhead for everything, we decided that it would be worth it if they would handle everything, and take all the headaches. They did not deliver. I still had all the headaches. My job foreman Ray Roach didn't even know what was going on at my house. On several occasions he said "oh I guess I should looked at that before you saw it". My furniture was used as work benches. When they took my blinds down to paint, they threw them in a pile on my furniture causing damage to the furniture, and some of the blinds. Even though I was paying for a general contractor, I had to supervise the entire job. Paint lines looked terrible. Drywall cracks (which I paid extra to have fixed) were ignored and painted over. During the work, one of the workers went into my garage where no work was being performed, so I had to change the locks on both garages. I'm not sure what their intentions were, but they had no business in there. When the job was finally about 80% done, my foreman quit. That Friday, his last day, was the only time I am aware of that Travis (the owner) came to see the job. I guess that explains why my job was being pretty much unsupervised. I will say the flooring came out pretty nice, but I dealt directly with Paul from Tempe Designs. I the end, I paid about $26k for floors and a paint job. I was told this job would take 8-10 business days. We spent 40 days in a Residence Inn. Bottom line, save yourself a boatload of cash and hire your own people. The 20% these guys charge is not worth it.
