Gut-wrenching. Hired Cadiente to rebuild home after experiencing significant water damage from failed pipe. Compassionate presentation from Cadiente followed by broken commitments. Home 13% complete after 7 months. Often no subs showed up for weeks. Some subs walked off job stating they were not getting paid. To date have not received refund for remaining up front money owed after we terminated relationship.Recently received a lien in mail from sub who indicates he was not paid by Cadiente. Assigned Cadiente project manager recently left after short stint. He appeared to be very uncomfortable with company business practices.

I can’t say enough about Service Masters by Cadiente. We had a large 30’ pine tree fall on our home creating extensive and costly damage. I was not too worried as we have home owners insurance so I assumed I would simply pay my small deductible and move in with my life…I couldn’t have been more wrong. The insurance adjuster offered us only 25% of what the actual costs were to fix the property. This is when a friend referred me to Service Masters. Steve Kerns came to our home and demanded a follow up meeting on-site with the insurance adjuster actually educating him on his policy. Since we live in a custom home the like for like repair was challenging. The insurance company only wanted to fix the damaged part of the roof leaving the front of our million dollar home with mismatched tiles. In addition they were not willing to pay for the correct repairs to my block wall that had detached from my house…he said just put some caulking on it…This was unacceptable! Steve negotiated with the insurance company and won! My home looks as though nothing ever happened and we have a new roof on the entire house today! I can’t say enough about Steve going the extra mile and fighting for my family!

Been begging for an estimate for several weeks now to get sandbags off of my roof. Molly keeps kicking me down the road… Found another company to do the work. Oh, and the guys who installed my tarps and sandbags stuffed trash down my toilet vent pipes when they were on the roof. It was a Water bottle and the packaging for the tarps. Dont use them!

Do not use them ! They were hired in March 2025 and I still don’t have a working kitchen and my furniture is being held hostage because they won’t deliver till balance is paid. I would have no problem, IF THE WORK WAS FIXED! Communication is less than poor.

This was my first experience with a restoration company. We have a new build and had a leak on the second floor. They were sent out to help take care of the issue. Greg Jr and Chris came out started at 9am, they went through the process step by step what they were going to do and explained in detail. They were very thorough with the way they contained everything for the safety of us. They were honestly top notch customer service. Dustin the manager came out looked at everything that was going on and they came up with a plan to effectively help the situation. There was water that had been leaking on our sub floor from a toilet. They cut out part of the sub floor, wall and baseboard after containing everything. They brought in equipment to dry everything out showed pictures of what was done and explained every step of the process. They left at 3:30 and were still as happy as when they got here and still explained who would be in contact with us and explained the equipment and what would be happening for the next 48 hours. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that would need them!!!! Thank you again Chris and Greg Jr you made the process easier

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company. I had a flood in my condo and they came in, took care of the immediate issues with speed and care, and even helped me navigate insurance and timing with my crazy schedule. While I don’t know everyone’s names that worked on the project, everyone I spoke to and saw working did a fantastic job and was always prompt and polite in communicating with me. Janett went above and beyond in keeping me in the loop, helping me figure out what was happening, and keeping on top of the project in general. While I can’t say I hope to have another disaster, I can confidently say that if I do, ServiceMaster and this team would be the first people I call.

We had a house fire on April 29th 2023. We signed with service master cadiente which was the biggest mistake. We gave them $165;000 in August and they did nothing. I’d like to know what they were doing with all that money. I sent an email complaining and they finally had someone get in touch with us. Mana was on the job for 1 month. He quit. Then we got Dallin and Ian. Ian was on the job a few months and he quit that left Dallin who yes you guessed it he left. We then got Don and Derrek. By the time it was May of 2024. They assured us that they would be here until the job was finished. Well they almost made it. It took for ever but we finally moved back home on November 9th 2024. Don left service master the end of December. That left Derrek. Well I got told today that he was laid off last week. The house is not finished 100%. There are no handles or locks on any of the pocket doors. They did not install the screens to our French doors. There is a crack on the ceiling of our living room the security door has not been put back on yet they seem to think that everything is done. We have got calls from an Alexa saying that we owe them more money than what was agreed upon plus she wants us to sign a release before everything is done I believe that if they would have started working on our house in a timely manner prices would not have increased and they could have completed the work for the amount that was agreed upon with our insurance company. So let’s get back to Alexa who has now threatened to send us to collections. When my husband told her about the items not finished she told him that they needed the money to get those thing finished. She really should do her home work because the door company has been paid and I would think the drywall would be under warranty. Why do they need the money to complete our house? Here’s the thing. Our mortgage company has a form that service master needs to fill out and sign to get the remainder of the money. My husband told Alexa this but she insists that we are to sign it. She tried talking to our mortgage company and they told her what my husband told her. They don’t want to sign the form therefore they won’t get their money. Service master cadiente is a dishonest company. All the people I’ve mentioned quit they did not get fired. If you are in need of a restoration company do your homework Do your self a favor and DO NOT choose service master cadiente. I’ve talked to other restoration companies and asked how long it would take to restore a house that was in our condition and time after time I would get the answer if 4-6 months not 18. I think if they were a good company why would so many people quit. If they didn’t and don’t have the man power they should not be accepting new jobs. There is plenty more but I’ll leave it with this for now. We would like to give zero stars but it won’t let me. Service master cadiente has been the worst experience.
