Valley Wide Restoration is a top notch company. Honest, fair and experienced craftsmanship comes to mind. Bryan Lewis and Hunter Lewis were great from start to finish and all the crew that completed the work I can't thank them enough! I'm very please with the restoration and was actually able to upgrade to nicer than before. Two thumbs up five stars the place looks great and they were always willing and open to my suggestions along the way as to what I wanted. As you can see from the before and after pictures. Thank you guys so much!

Valley Wide was wonderful in every way. We had a fire at our home and were using someone else before and Valleywide came to the rescue! Bryan communicated with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions and every tradesman on his team was the same. The quality of work was excellent and we were so happy with the job. We wish we would have started with them. Highly recommend Valley Wide!

I found ValleyWide off HomeAdvisor- the company was highly rated- 5 Stars to be exact. I met with Ryan Berry April 28th- I needed to replace my roof. I couldn’t believe I received a hand written contract? That should have been the first sign I wasn’t working with a professional roofing company. My experience went down hill from there. The roofing crew didn’t speak English- they left such a mess of roofing materials my neighbors complained. I let the roofing contractor Ryan Berry know- he came out and pick up after them. They still left my property with chunks of roof tiles, nails, roof tacks, pieces of wood and black material all over. I’d be happy to share my video. The roofing crew was unprofessional and unskilled- my AC Unit was damage through carelessness- Ryan Berry tried to challenge me siting frayed wires- I stood my ground it was complete incompetence and very shady- on VW’s crew. I’m glad I had just had the AC Unit service 2 days prior to them starting May 7th. Ryan told me the roof was completed - until I noticed the tiles missing from the ridge- hard to not see several tiles missing. My question is who purchased the tiles for my roofing job- did you under buy or break the missing tiles? A complete lack of integrity. It’s June 2nd- the roof is still not completed- I can’t seem to get a detailed invoice to breakdown what I am paying for. I haven’t received any photo’s nor have my flashing or seating concerns been addressed with me. The lack of communication has been very frustrating- however it clearly explains why the roofing crew was unskilled, careless and sloppy. Take my advice- if insurance is involved ask your adjuster for a professionally vetted restoration company- had I done that first I would have never used ValleyWide. My adjuster waited 15 days to get photos and the information he needed- to move my claim forward meanwhile I was asked to send my adjusters email- my adjuster contacted Ryan several times. Again a three ring circus- I am grateful I haven’t paid the remaining balance-yet. I will be happy to pay the balance once ValleyWide provides me with a detailed invoice (just like they provided my insurance adjuster) for the drywall work. I have been requesting this invoice since May 20th, I am also waiting to receive the roof replacement photos I have been promised for 2 weeks and the final inspection is completed. If you have any concerns or would like additional information on my experience with the ‘Roofing Division’ of ValleyWide Restoration please reach out. I would be happy to share who I did use to repair my drywall. They are also professional roofers- their license reflects that. My next project is to repost my strong review on Home Advisor- ValleyWide is a nightmare to work with- not a 5 Star customer or quality experience Buyer Beware!

I had a water leak problem, valley wide came in and took any stress out of my hands, Dave came in and measured everything and told me what to expect. They sent the estimate to my insurance co. When it was approved Bryan Lewis came over, confirmed everything, said they would be here Monday, At 7:30, they were here at that time, and on time everyday after that. Any questions they called or emailed. Always communicated very good, I will refer them to everyone I know that can use them. Thank you Valleywide, They are the best Contractor I have worked with.

I called them they only guarantee the work for two years I guess long enough to know that it's going to mess up after that. I had my carpet in my house for 7 years prior and my carpet never buckled there never been cracks in my walls the seven years I lived here prior before the flood the paint is just peeling off. But apparently that's my problem now I don't suggest this company to anybody and if they done good for you you're lucky you're one of the lucky ones cuz they didn't do good for me nor do they stand by their work I don't care if it's two years guaranteed this is only 3 years and it's doing this already uncalled for

EDIT TO ORIGINAL POST AFTER OWNER REPLY: I find it funny that the tile downstairs was only brought to my attention during the time that demo was taking place by your crew!! Yes, another crew came in to try and dry the house and I admit your crew had to come in to do it right, I had ZERO problem with that crew, they all did an impressive job. But I am quite sure I would have noticed a huge chip out of my tile had that crew broke it. As for my house not even being close to level, tell me how everything was out of level when the entire house had the same height subfloor? The original floor did not have the issues, the tile I had installed before the water leak did not have any issues, and how after I removed the crap job of tile and replaced it myself its perfectly level and without the huge gaps or uneven tiles? We had a 1 1/4" difference in floor heights between my bedroom carpet and bathroom tile, and closer to 2" of height difference between the bathroom tile and closet carpet, all of which your subs installed. I sent photos to your team showing the flooring was not even in the bubble on a 4' level and how there were tiles that were 1/4" lower than the ones next to them. We could not even walk on the floor barefoot because the edges of the tile were so inconsistent and sharp, and how you would trip over the steps from carpet to tile if you walked room to room. To all of these problems with just the tile we were told that ramps were needed for the transitions and the tiles being uneven were within "industry standards".....but as I said above, it was not like that with the previous flooring and definitely not like that with what I installed so maybe that crew should do better than "industry standard" in the future!! The Carpet is still showing seams in multiple places. Yes, they sent back a crew to fix it with new carpet in one area, but all they did in most areas was do a double seem trying to make it look less rough. Either way it was still a hack job that could have been prevented by using a crew that would take pride in their work and do simple things like sweep the floor before laying carpet. I totally get people learning from their mistakes, but usually the mistakes are fixed and not just repeated. I have had many guys that have done less than quality work in the past, but i always made sure I showed up and ran them through what they did wrong, so they knew how to correct their issues. As for being tired of people in my house yes, I was, I had to argue with your flooring subs over what is right and wrong or what is "Industry Standard", and they did the bare minimum to try and get done and on to the next job. Even with the pack out crew who I loved; we have had to spend months going through our house because everything that was taken out was put in the wrong locations. You mentioned "you cannot correct an issue if you're not allowed in the house". I did not see anyone trying to fully correct issues, it was just slop it in and get to the next job!

Valleywide Restoration did excellent work on our house. They were extremely responsive, and had good communication throughout the whole process. They accurately and swiftly diagnosed our problem, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. And that was the best thing about working with Valleywide, they were able to move things quickly. It was extremely difficult on our family to be without a kitchen for several weeks, but because Valleywide knew that the insurance wasn't covering the damages, they were proactive in making things easier for us. On top of that, the work they did was excellent, with all of the work looking exactly like it should. Thank you Valleywide!

Valleywide has fixed my roof. The repair was good and done quickly once the estimate happened. The good: My service rep was friendly and always returned calls. Repair was done quickly and looks great. Price was reasonable. The bad: It took us 4 weeks to get an estimate. I understand it is monsoon season and it was a small repair, but any roofing company in AZ should be ready to handle this time of year a bit more quickly. Would I use them again: Yes. Ultimately we are happy with the repair and the service we received.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. This is how I would summarize. 1. Two trucks with crews arrived in an hour after the initial call to begin analyzing and then removing all soaked items. 2. The President of the company called me directly to review the mitigation, rebuild, and insurance probabilities. 3. Every 48 hours (sometimes more often), I received either a text message, email, or phone call to update me as to the progress. They were always contacting me, I never had to chase them down for any information or concerns. 4. Walls, ceilings, cabinets, etc. were removed. The entire unit had to be rebuilt from the studs out and concrete floor up. I requested it be completed with my personal choices for flooring, paint, cabinets, etc. within 5.5 weeks. Valleywide Restoration delivered on time and with quality and cleanliness. 5. I was asked on multiple occasions to complete a punch list so that they could meet my standards. They certainly did!!! Bryan Lewis, president of the company is one of the most professional contractors I have ever met. That says a lot, as I am a Realtor who has dealt with multiple new builds and have done 4 MAJOR renovations with other contractors who I felt were very good. If you ever need a great emergency service that can see you through till everything is returned to normal or better, call Valleywide Restoration.
