Shaun and Roemaro were very prompt and professional in appearance and attitude. All mitigation activities were explained and executed with care and cleanliness being very apparent. Most impressive was the prompt service, given the pipe burst incident began in the afternoon of Dec 31st , with Puro Clean on site that late afternoon. All routine followup visits were scheduled at the end of a visit and anounced by phone 30 minutes before the next scheduled arrival. Thanks for your great service Puro Clean!

Very stressful situation, but Ramiro and Shawn were so helpful and reassuring that it made the whole ordeal bareable. Both of them answered any and all questions I had, no matter what time of day. Let me tell ya about my experience. I thought at first this was going to be a blessing. We encountered a leak one night that was pouring water from our ceiling so I searched for companies that could help come diagnose the issue and I found Puroclean. At first, it was a huge relief to me, they said they'd send out some people who would do a free inspection which was the beginning of what I am going through. They came out, and it was late to their credit. They were here until around midnight, so they were tired and at one point, one of them was trying to stay awake while standing up and was swaying back and forth as he was fighting going to sleep. They were able to go into my attic however and discover the source of the leak and I am grateful to them for that. This however is when the nightmare has started. I was told to sign some documents electronically on one of their cellphones, yet I was not told what they were for nor given any disclosures about what I was signing. I was told it was an authorization to work on the leak beyond the inspection. To emphasize, I was not told anything financially and I was not told what I was signing, I thought I was just giving them permission to try and prevent the ceiling from getting further wet. When I did ask the two people about financial compensation, I was told to contact my homeowners and that they would initiate a claim and they would follow up and work it out with them. They said they'd leave some dehumidifier's and big fans to try and dry out the ceiling which was fine, but I didnt necessarily need it, as I had friends and family who was going to fix the issue the next day and we could have fixed everything ourselves. I was convinced to leave the equipment there for around 3 days. They'd come and check the ceilings each day to see if it were dry and leave. After a few days, they eventually approached me and said "here is your estimate for the services if we tear out the drywall that might be growing mold". I told them I did not have money at the moment as I am a single income father supporting 3 kids and my spouse that I would need time to accumulate the money. This is not for a lack of trying, I tried to apply for multiple credit cards and personal loans to try and pay but I was declined as my credit has down recently due to missing payments on credit cards because we also just recently had a baby and I also had 2 surgeries on my hand that left me in the hospital for a few days while they monitored blood clots and an infection I had. Back to this situation, however, They put their supervisor on the phone who tried to intimidate me into paying immediately and scolded me for signing the work authorization which at the time I thought was just me consenting to them doing something further than diagnosing the issue. When I told him I had literally no money in my bank account, he told them to pull all the equipment from the house and said their accountant would contact me to collect payment. That was it from him. Over the next few weeks I would get emails about the bill and just got one threatening to put a lien on my house if I could not pay. Overall, im incredibly appalled at the lack of understanding in my situation and also the lack of communication in what the entire situation was going to cost until AFTER I already had them leave equipment for DAYS. If I knew more about the legalities behind this kind of process id consider getting in touch with a lawyer, though I fear they convinced me to sign things without my knowledge of what I was signing that binds me to comply. Unless you have money to spend immediately for their emergency services, I sincerely implore you to choose another company.

PuroClean service my home due to a water leak. Unfortunately, the equipment used showed out home had lots of water damage. After 3 full days of running machines to dry up the area the test results remained the same. PuroClean decided to run the machines for 1 more day. The machines are super load with hot air blowing throughout the house. At the end of the 4 days, the machines still tested the same. I am not sure if this was a fake claim which resulted in us owing our deductible.
