My opinion of emergency pack out company is outstanding. We used them due to a flood situation in our home and at 5 to 6 team members came out and packed up our entire house. They were able to scan everything so they knew what location the items would have to return to. Everything was wrapped up very professionally. I even joke with them and asked them if they were available for hire when we move. The staff that came out and did the packing was very respectful of our property. They got to work and stayed at work till they got finished aside from taking lunch break. The staff personnel that I directly work with mostly was Jessica .She was very efficient and hands-on with working as far as scheduling. Taking care of any of my questions and concerns. She informed me of so much information that I needed as a homeowner that made the process a whole lot less painful. One of the most impressive things was ,after we have finished moving back in the house about four months later, they informed me that they would come and pick up all the empty boxes. Which they did . They also returned our furniture and one item was damaged and another one was cracked, and they made it clear to me that they will address it. they didn’t try to dodge it didn’t make excuses. They said they would take care of the repairs or replacement. I would personally highly recommend the company to take care of your packing needs doing a flood they would be here when they said they would be here. I followed through on everything that I need it.

Dealing with an emergency restoration in my home was difficult. Having Emergency Packout Company participate in the process of getting me back to normal exceeded my expectations. The crew was available quickly and showed up when they said they would. The EPC team was great! Everything they did was timely and I always was informed of next steps. Armando in particular represents the company well and made us feel very comfortable while dealing with a frustrating situation. The technology they used was top of the line as they did this cool 3D video scan of our home which took only a few minutes. Would recommend!

We had a slab leak at our home and were recommended to use Emergency Packout company. We were out of our house for repairs for about 6 months. Through out the whole process we have been so glad to have used their services. I have two little ones so having someone to packout our belongings and then bring them back and put them back in the same place has been tremendous help. When I had my flooding in my house, they were quick to pack up all my belongings. But once I received my items back I realized how ridiculously expensive, wasteful and careless there were with my items. They misplaced my drone and carelessly lost my son's first cut that shouldn't been wrapped up but was not. There so many boxes that were not full or 2 were taped together instead using a bigger box, so they could charge more. Luckily my insurance covered these costs but the total cost of packing up my items and storing them for a few months was equivalent to the restoration of my whole house. If it were to happen again, I would definitely not be using this company.
