This is a fraudulent company. I only went with them because my insurance told me I had to use Water Rescue. They have only removed 50 sq feet of floor tile and replaced less than 20 sq ft of drywall. Water Rescue told me that they only get small payments after each step completed. My insurance company has sent them a $25,000 check and cashed it weeks ago without my husband and I endorsing the check that had our names on it. After calling my insurance company to cancel my contact, my agent informed me this company charged them $15,000 to pack up and store the contents of my home and cashed the check yesterday. This was never discussed as we are currently living in our home. Now, our agent is working on recovering the funds that Water Rescue said they never got.
