I met Brock and his team due to water damage in my condo. From the moment the process started till the end of the process, Brock and Elite Restoration were amazing. At every level they were keeping me informed and updated on what was happening and when to expect the next thing. They were always on time and consistent. I can’t say enough how Brock treated this entire situation as if it was his personal home. He worked diligently to get me to the finish. I especially appreciate how he showed compassion and concern to a personal matter I was dealing with. Max was amazing as well. He went above and beyond the scope of his task of rebuilding cabinetry, flooring, and painting, but also making sure all appliances were hooked up and working properly. All in all I would most definitely recommend this business and this team for your restoration and renovation needs.

I want to say that Elite Restoration & Construction was AWESOME ( 5 stars ⭐️ ) the restoration work was amazing and neat. They were on time and cleaned up good. My insurance company ( Allstate ) preferred them and I’m glad they did. And last but not least the project manager Leila she was very helpful her communication skills and production experience was A+ she will be the main reason I would come back ( if anything happens with my restoration ) again. Our home was one of three that was impacted by the Caltrans work on the 91 freeway. Because of their work behind our homes, we suffered flooding and damage to our homes. Matt from Elite came to our door to let us know they could take care of the damage as they were doing on the other two homes on the street. He explained everything they could do, and truly it was a godsend for us, I was at a total loss as to how to handle this kind of situation. They made this entire process as easy as it could possibly be. Every step of the way they have been excellent! From Matt, to Daniel, to Shawn, they have been accessible and a pleasure to work with. They restored our pool, which had been decimated, within a day. Every workman who has come to the house has been hard-working, pleasant to deal with, and thorough as well as incredibly fast! Every single person I’ve dealt with from Elite has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating, and made this disaster as easy as possible to deal with. I’m forever grateful to Matt for coming to our door and offering their services. And I’m thankful that I had the good sense to hire Elite to take care of this disaster for us! It ended up being the best decision I could have ever made.

I just want to commend Jose & Roger who did the water mitigation of our kitchen & living room. They were knowledgeable and were so nice to work with. They packed our kitchen stuff with care & communicated well with us. Elite Restoration are lucky to have these 2 employees. Shout out also to Octavio who came to check if the dry walls are dried already. Very helpful too.

We just completed an efficient, pain-free, hugely successful remediation and improvement project thru Elite. When our dishwasher leaked, it was awful. Elite took care of the clean up, repair, coordinated all of the insurance hassle, and worked with us to modify the work order. We ended doing a bit less work but got some big improvements. Their team is top notch and does stellar work. Their wood and cabinet lead, Max, is one of the hardest working and creative guys, a true master of his craft. I can't say enough good about our Project Manager, Brock. Communication with him was excellent. Nothing got missed. He always picked up the phone or got back to us within an hour or two. I never had to worry with Brock on the job. We will look to Elite for future with without hesitation.

My father is 94 years old and was forced to move apartments. He was very nervous about the move...until we started working with Elite Restoration. Their content division was outstanding and made the process as smooth as possible for my dad and me. They were careful with all of his belongings and went above and beyond to move everything into his new apartment exactly where it needed to be. Not only was the work done incredibly well, but they were kind, reassuring, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When dad asked questions or needed help, they didn't pause to assist him. The manager, Matt, met with us prior to the move to cover all of the details. This immediately put my dad at ease. Matt maintained excellent communication throughout the move. Dylan, the lead technician, and his team (Mason, Chad, Jesse, Javier) were very diligent and helpful throughout the three days of his move. It was a joy to work with all of them and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. Thank you for the incredible work, guys!
