Andy and the team at AllCity Adjusting are by far the best in the business! I've used other public adjusters in the past, and I'm frankly disappointed that I didn't find Andy and his team sooner. They are extremely communicative, and if you've just experienced a loss, just having someone tell you "we got this, don't worry about a thing" is one of the most comforting anyone can do for you. On top of their phenomenal communication skills, they're also second to none at the actual adjustment of the loss and going to bat for you against the insurance company. Andy and his team really saved my behind because the insurance company wanted to pay me significantly less than what the repair work cost, and the team at AllCity was able to get me what I deserved. The All City Adjusting team are all pros and never take no for an answer. We originally received a low reimbursement quote from my insurance company and they went back and appealed it adding an extra zero to my original claim.
