We had a great experience with Dan! He cleaned our air ducts and sanitized them. We moved into a new home filled with cat hairs and allergens and now the air smells clean and fresh. Great price value for the job and Dan was efficient, communicative and informative. He helped us pick out new air filters based on our needs and was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Paid 200 for this crappy service my carpets are soaked in water. If any mold occurs I’ll be following up with my attorney. I’m part of a paralegal program and I’ll fall through with this. This is unbelievable paid them 200 for the service 178 for the cleaning and 25 for a tip. Do not use this service. It’s horrible.

I had Dan H. Clean my sofa - he was very professional and provided multiple options and price points so I could evaluate and decide the level of cleaning I wanted. He gave a time estimate to complete the work and provided updates along the way. He was happy to answer any questions and suggested some day to day options if spills reoccur. I have used COIT for wood floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning and they always have done a great job. Dan H. I was even more impressed when Phil, their technician, called ahead to confirm he was on his way and arrived promptly, fully prepared to provide both an estimate and same-day service if I chose to move forward. Phil is the definition of professional. From the moment he stepped into my home, he was respectful, attentive, and focused on understanding exactly what I needed. Before jumping into anything, he inspected all areas thoroughly and then cleaned a sample spot—strategically choosing the dirtiest section of my 24-year-old tile and grout that had never been professionally cleaned. The transformation was jaw-dropping. He showed me how he could bring the entire floor back to life—and he absolutely delivered. I have called COIT carpet cleaning services to clean stairway and hallway carpet, sofas and area rugs. I was very pleased with carpet and sofa cleaning, but very much disappointed with area rugs. After a two-week time agreed upo. Time frame the area rugs were delivered without being cleaned. COIT took them back and I had to wait additional 2 weeks for my rugs. When they were delivered the 2nd time, I was extremly disappointed and upset as none of the spots were removed and overall the rugs did not look as there was any effort put in to cleaning them. When I expressed my disappointment to COIT employee for the company not upholding their part of the bargain and that I hope they don't expect me to pay a full price for poorly done job, he said he would call his manager to discuss the issue. Manager said to ask me how much I want to pay. I answered that it was not a question of how much "I want to pay" but there should be some sort of discount policies in place when a job is not done to the satisfactory level, such as waiting 2 additional weeks for poorly cleanned rugs. And why was that decision was put on the employee instead of a manager giving a solution to the employee? I would like to thank Slava, the employee who deliverd the rugs, for going above and beyond for trying to resolve the issue and helping with the rugs. I called the manager, Ed, and expressed my dissatisfaction with him - failing as a manager to provide much needed support to his employee in this instant. I told him I will be writing a review and he asked me if it will be a negative review. I said it will be an honest review, he offered to refund me. At that point I asked him if he is trying to buy my review, he said, no, but he doesn't want a negative review to be put "out there, as dirty laundry for all to see". I was very disappointed how the whole situation was handled by the manager.
