CRS was retained when our home of 3,200 sf was damaged by a propane leak explosion. The process from damage to full repair took approximately 33 months and CRS could not have been more professional or done a better job. They assessed the damage early on and were able to empty all of the contents quickly and efficiently before any further damage was done to the contents as a result of being exposed to the elements - especially mid-winter given we are at 7,000 feet elevation. We found their inventory to be very detailed. When the contents were delivered back to the home they made sure to place them in the proper locations and we were pleasantly surprised to see that everything had been professionally cleaned, labeled and packed. I cannot imagine any company doing a better job than CRS did for us. Lastly, Suzie and her crews were polite and cared about our contents. We are 100% pleased with the outcome and the service.

I would definitely not recommend this company; even though the company is a recommended vendor by our insurance. We still have fire/smoke/water damage at our home with little work done from two months ago. Initially, the manager was friendly. However, her demeanor changed along the way. She changed what was salvageable and total loss multiple times throughout the process such as appliances, outdoor gear, etc. It’s odd that two of the same items in the same room (inflatable paddleboards which smoke and cleaning causes damage to the material) one was salvageable and the other was lost, but it wasn’t just those items but a list of them. The staff bagged up lost items but didn’t include them on the lost list, which they generated and sent to insurance. We spent multiple days going back to look up costs of lost items; that’s when we noticed so many items missing. They didn’t even inventory about $4500 worth of items that were in the main fire room. We had to winterize the house after the fire to prevent bursting of pipes, a staff used the bathroom, but the manager denied it. The previous day, one out of the four spoke some English stated, “she doesn’t drink water the whole day because there is no where to go to the bathroom.” They are being exposed to heavy smoke with no masks or gear. We can barely go in without our lungs burning or getting a headache, and they were there multiple days. The staff came and cleaned some items: 14 boxes with some boxes having hardly anything in the box. We were quoted $1,000, then it changed to $2,000. 5 of the boxes still retained smoke weeks later. One box had just a set (4 plastic kids plates, cups, and cutlery) which is crazy since they charge per box. Throughout the process, we would initiate email correspondence with our concerns, but we wouldn’t hear back for several days. Most of the time, we would need to call for an email response. Just a few days ago, We emailed the manager with the pictures of the missing items, interestingly, she quickly emailed back informing us she no longer would work with us.
