After a shower line broke in the wall and water was heavily seeping into the adjacent rooms, we called our insurance company and they sent out ServiceMaster. The project manager, Jared Parisot, arrived quickly and got to work checking everything, placing fans and a humidifier, walking us through the process every step of the way and keeping us updated as soon as he was given any information. Jared is hands down one of the kindest, caring and professional people we have ever had in our home. I explained to Jared about my upcoming surgery (just days away) and why my stress level was so high. He reassured me time and again that he would make this process the least stressful he could. He even moved some furniture for us since my husband had a recent back surgery. I felt understood, valued and respected by this young man and I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Jared, you are an exemplary young man, we appreciate all your hard work and you made a huge difference in lessening our stress level. ServiceMaster is very fortunate to have you.

Jared and his team were sent out to help with clearing water damage from plumbing issues. From the first call, he was easy to talk to, professional and clearly knows what he's doing. The scheduling was complicated due to some travel I had planned, but Jared was incredibly flexible and always ready to start. They worked quickly and relatively quietly doing initial demolition, and returned after asbestos abatement was complete to confirm all of the damage had been mitigated. I ask a lot of questions, just to understand the work they're doing for my own education. Jared was patient and thorough in explaining everything, even when it wasn't really critical for me to have a deep understanding. While I interacted most with Jared, every team member he brought with him was equally polite, friendly and professional. Highly, highly recommend. They really helped make a stressful, unexpected situation a lot easier to handle. I hope I never need them again, but I know who I'm calling if there is a next time.

The team of Jared, Stephen, Moses, Bianca, Sid and Terry were great to work with! First they showed great care for preserving goods in our home that were not damaged. Before work began they neatly packed and stored everything for us in a safe place to prevent any damage. Very detailed photo and written documentation was made during this process to ensure everything was accounted for. The deconstruction of our floors and walls was done with precision and attention to detail. Simply put they treated our home with care and respect. Immediately received a call that night for an appointment the next day. What a compelling team sent to correct the problem. A special shout out to Jared, Sid, and Vaughn My wife and I unfortuantely had a water supply pipe break in our home. Though it was an unfortunate event, our team at ServiceMaster made the whole process of water mitigation a thousand times easier. Their professionalism, attention to detail, hard work, grit, and customer service was unparalleled. These gentlemen were prompt in their emergeny response, showed absolute care for our home and property while they were demolishing and removing the affected areas of the flood. Jared was very meticulous as he checked for water and moisture around the affected areas, being methodical enough to find moisture in places where many people would have probably overlooked. The whole team was very detail oriented and cleanly to the point of even wiping dust off the ducts when they were finished. The best part of this whole prcoess was their communication, and not just to me but the insurance adjuster as well. Every day when i was unable to be present for the end of day, they contacted me to let me know that the house was locked and windows were shut. Finding people that you can trust like this in your house are few and far between. I hope to never have to deal with a flooded house again, but if i did i already know the first company that i am calling. Once again, thank you so much Jared, Sid, and Vaughn!!

After the June hailstorm, I had water damage in my dining room, so my contractor sent ServiceMaster over for mold abatement. The tech that came, Josh, was incredible! He was really careful of my kids and dogs and made sure they couldn't come into contact with any mold or chemicals. He also explained to me the entire process step-by-step so that I not only understood what he was doing, but why. And when we (actually he) found mold under my floorboards, he got in contact with the insurance company to ensure they would pay for the work before tearing up half of my laminate. While I didn't love having my dining room taken apart, I would rather have that than mold so I'm so grateful to Josh for going above and beyond and treating what, initially, we didn't even know was there. If you call ServiceMaster, I recommend you request Josh. He's the best!

Do not recommend this place. They hire and fire CONSTANTLY. Never a good manager and they will fire you for made up reasons. They do not like to pay either, and will withhold money from you especially if they know your illegal which they tend to hire anyways. Can you imagine how they are with their clients?
