Five Stars across the board. The Bone Dry team was amazing! We had a major overflow issue in our upstairs bathroom that had water leaking all through the walls and into the Garage. They showed up quickly within an hour of us realizing the issue to help start the water mitigation process and and saved us from what could have been some really expensive damage if we hadn't gotten to it in time. Their communication and commitment to making sure everything was literally bone dry before removing their equipment was exceptional! Highly Recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience with Bone Dry Services. They were far more focused on protecting their profit margins than actually helping me as the customer. Instead of advocating with my insurance to get the job done properly, they dragged things out for months while arguing over money. They tore out only what insurance would pay for, not what was actually necessary to properly repair the damage. As a result, my home was left partially demolished instead of being handled correctly from the start. They ripped up my flooring and never offered me a single piece back so I could try to match it myself. I’ve now been left with a hole in my floor and wall for MONTHS while they stalled and negotiated. Communication was poor, accountability was worse, and there was zero urgency to fix what they tore apart. If you’re looking for a company that prioritizes customers, transparency, and real solutions. Look elsewhere. I regret choosing Bone Dry and would never recommend them.

Bonedry was absolutely awful to work with. I had some leaking from a shower upstair into my ceiling. They did the mold mitigation and then tried to overcharge me for a bunch of things they didn't even do or things that didn't need to be done. Insurance caught them and argued with them. They refused to talk to insurance afterwards and it took months to finally get the billing for the inital work done. Then insurance paid me for the restoration work that Bonedry said they would do. They've were absolutely awful with communction with me and the insurance company and never finished the work. I had to get another contracter to complete the work. Bonedry is an awful company and I would avoid doing any work with them.

I had a leak in my basement that affected some drywalled areas. Bonedry was recommended by my plumber and they dispatched Bryan Rivera almost immediately. I appreciate the quick response, and that it was free of charge. Bryan did a thorough job looking for the source and answered all of my questions patiently about how best to deal with drying things out, which turned out not to be as bad as I was expecting.

My water heater flooded my home back in May 2025 and a plumber from AAA Service Plumbing, Heating, and Electric came out to replace it. When the plumber was at my home, he told me about Bone Dry Services and called them to come out. Bone Dry immediately came to my home and assessed the damages. And they immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers for mitigation of the water damages. I had already had a water damage claim opened up with my insurance carrier and so the process got started between Bone Dry and my insurance company. Bone Dry later came and performed a demolition of my home and then we waited for the negotation process to settle. Unfortunately, my insurance carrier had a cap at $3000 for mitigation, but the charges from Bone Dry were approximately $18,000. Even though the unexpected policy cap meant that Bone Dry was now operating under a financial loss, Bill Johnson called me personally to let me know that after speaking to management, they decided to put the customer first, me, and to settle the mitigation at the exact balance of the cap of $3000. I was so relieved, I wanted to cry!! And I thanked Bill from the bottom of my heart. This company did not HAVE to put the customer first, but they chose to, even though they would be eating the cost of thousands of dollars. This is something I really appreciate in a business, especially during an extremely stressful time such as this. I am now waiting for the insurance and Bone Dry to settle on the rebuild side and hope for the same customer first treatment from the rebuild team that I received from the mitigation team.
