When our insurance company denied our claim for roof damage and mold after a storm, we were very upset. After paying insurance premiums for forty years we thought the company would honor our policy. We hired Ken Shriberg to handle our dispute with the insurance company. He came to our home and took tons of photos and drone footage of the roof and exterior. Ken helped up hire a mold mitigation team, who did an excellent job. Even after all the documentation, insurance company denied our appeal. Ken guided us on the selection of an attorney and we won our case. The house has been repaired and a new roof installed. Ken was professional, and a great source of guidance. I highly recommend his company for all your public insurance needs. He is honest and pleasant and just a really good guy.

We had a major water leak in our house in the middle of the night. Our restoration company came and around 3 am the owner of the company gave us The Adjusters Group information. He said we should call Ken right then but we were hesitant since it was so late.
