I would not recommend this company. Cody will come out and be personable and tell you what you want to hear but will not follow through with his word. I talked to him over a week ago and he told me that he would send over my report to insurance and even said he would come back out if they came back and said we needed another report done. While waiting to hear back from insurance for over a week I found out that he never turned in the report to them. I called him twice while I was waiting to hear from insurance with no answer or call back so instead of calling to let us know he waited until my insurance company called him to ask him to send it in just for him to tell them he does not want the job. Now I have to wait for another company to come out and do the same inspection he did and turn in the paperwork so that I can finally start work on the water and mold damage in my home. It is very unprofessional to first not return phone calls after telling the customer to call with any questions and second to not tell me last week when we talked you didn’t want the job so was not going to turn in the report. I could have already called another company to come out. I have lived in a construction zone for over a month and ready to have my home back. I will never recommend this company and especially Cody to anyone. Very unprofessional
