I would highly recommend Assurance Public Adjusting. If you are someone like me who does not have a lot of knowledge regarding filing home insurance claims due to property damage, then Bob Buck is your guy. Bob took the lead and kept in close communication with me to keep me informed of the process. He took away all my worries and better yet negotiated the appropriate settlement for my property loss despite my insurance company only wanting to give me a few thousand dollars for repairs. Bob has been great and still continues to follow up with me to ensure that all my needs are taken care of as well as providing advice. The best decision I have made when it has come to this long, tedious process!

1st and foremost I have known Bob Buck for about 2 years in a local Hollywood Business group. I have met a few Public Adjusters in the past years and most remind me of Chiropractors mixed with used car salesmen. In Bob’s case I found him to be OLD school honest and with rock solid integrity. When I had a pipe burst in my house and didn’t find it till I cam home at the end of the day. 1st call was to my insurance company to request the Calvary to get the water out. The second call was to Bob. He has handled our case with honesty to protect us and make us whole again. He hasn’t tried to scam the system in any way. Thank god for the few folks left like him. Sadly enough this is the 3rd claim that Bob and Assurance Public Adjusting have had to help us with. 1st it was 2 separate bathroom claims. Most recently we had a flood and lots of water damage to 1/2 the house from a lovely washing machine that didn't quit filling up. They did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone! When a pipe leak flooded our house we couldn't imagine what it was going to cost to repair the damage. Bob walked us through the entire process, meeting with insurance company reps. and contractors to get estimated damage. Insurance company initially offered 1/4 of what it would cost to repair but Bob stuck with it and helped us receive a fair settlement. I recommend them 100%!
