Please do not use this company. He actually forged a check that I gave him over a year and a half ago that he was suppose to rip up, he has nothing but lied. His name is Dennis Marrero the owner. I now going to fight him to get my money back, which is over $40,000 The company is Royal 1Restoration also uses Fastest 1 Repair. He has done a lot of work on Anna Maria island during our hurricane, so many people can attest to this. He is no good, be aware

Trying to find a remediation company in Florida is very difficult, what company can you trust. For me I got an introduction to Royal 1 Remediation through a friend. This restoration company treated me and my home like I was family. They were reliable and were always on time and on budget. They kept my home clean and did a great job. Dennis, the owner of Royal 1 was at my home working and was available anytime I had a question. His manager Marta always gave me the daily update and if Dennis was busy, she was always there for me. In today’s world it is nice to find a company that appreciates your business and has that old-school mentality. Customer satisfaction is more important to Royal 1 than money with no ego. I highly recommend this company.

this company owner i was told is Dennis Marrero, me and my associate did job under second in command Marcus Carvalho the first job was with Mr Marcus we did good was paid no issues. The second time we go back due to giving wrong fixtures to be installed plus we did installed a tub faucets etc. The issue we encounter when Dennis was there in charge he said his the owner of this company, Marcus left on vacation for the holidays. we had to redo the plumbing fixtures for the tub and shower. Now when it comes to asking where does the sprayer goes and what ever we don't know due to the mistake was done by Mr Marcus we ask the owner Dennis and he then said where it goes no problem right! We did all the things he said to do. We left no issues there, the problem I have is when my partner sent to get paid this was on 11/2024 close to thanksgiving no one responded right away. We were waiting patiently to get this check but no answer. We were told they are on vacation after a month or so waiting. The owner is claiming we installed the sprayer in the wrong spot because the client said it was not the location. Now anyone knows when you need to ask where to install anything you ask the contractor right ? The contractor is now saying due to his mistake we won't get paid due to his mistake that he made, not us. I kept asking Dennis thru text please pay us even if he decide to cut the bill lower i was very nice polite never rude but he said to me that the mistake to fix will make us even so no payment this was 4 weeks ago how far i got asking him to please be fair but all i got was thank you good luck.Does anyone think this is right? All we want is a payment for the job we did. The owner gave his word recently to solve the matter and still nothing. I'm very disappointed. Now everyone knows holidays are slow i was hoping to get paid never did. spoke to Dennis Marrero about how can we resolve this matter he replied that will see the invoice and will come up with a solution to get paid. Dennis gave me his word that a check was going to giving to us soon, never got that check. He said the check is ready for pick up I called the lady who handles that and never got an answer. all we want is to please get paid (who does that)? been waiting for months.(5) we been super patient and this owner won't care at all . The amount was told to be under his fairness even with that solution he doesn't care. I'm asking Royal 1 owner to please do what you said and promised.

We had a major fire in our home and we were recommended by our public adjuster to go with royal one on top of it. It was in the middle of the night. The manager came out at 4:30 in the morning who gave us a hand helped us gather some of our belongings and had his team come out at six in the morning to start clearing out the place and pack away things that were salvageable. I have to say these guys are amazing. I am very thankful for your help and teamwork.

Mr. Dennis Marrero owner/operator of Royal 1 Restoration located at 5041 S State Rd 7, Davie, FL 33314 performed mold remediation and storm remediation on my home and several others in my area after our homes were ravished by Hurricane Ian. I explained to Mr. Marrero and his assistant, Marta, that my insurance did not cover mediation. He stated it was not a problem. He then performed meditation on my home. 1/2 of my home was done and he said they would be back the following week to complete. He proceeded to send a $35,000 invoice to my insurance company which was denied. Three weeks later he came to my home and then told me that he would complete work in my home for only $20,000. Later he refused to send an updated invoice stating if he did send something different than what he wrote for insurance he could get in trouble. He refuses to send invoices or receipts for money paid. The remaining work was inadequate and his "team" damaged my kitchen waste/water lines, as well as my kitchen stove and floors. I later found out that Mr. Marrero was posing as a general contractor to gain additional funds to repair housing- one which left the owner with thousands of dollars in bills as Mr. Marrero did nothing to code and had to be re done. I have since found out that Mr. Marrero and his company are not licensed contractors, nor licensed to perform MRS. Upon looking him up on this site I have found several complaints for the same reason as mine. I spoke with someone at the DBR who says Mr. Marrero has a history of this and it needs to stop. I urge anyone who has had shotty work done by this man to contact the DBR to stop others from being taken advantage of.
