I was coming here for years but I'm very disappointed with the lady that closed the store on this Thursday. I raced to get there one time before they close. I called them ahead of time and told them I'm coming right on the dot and to please to take me clothes and she said yes. They close at 6:30 and I got right then. She saw me pull up and get my clothes. As I was walking up to the store she locked the door right in front of me and said "sorry I want to go home." Yeah I get that, me too, but come on I'm right in front of you. It takes a minute to take my clothes and I called to tell you I'm coming and you said ok. I'm in between travels so I just arrived in town and I'm leaving again in two days for a trade show and needed my clothes. It was really important for me and it's just disappointing the lack of care they have after years of loyal business. But this also made me realize about their service, or lack of. They don’t care. They have ruined countless shirts over time and it’s costed me hundreds of dollars. These people could care less about my business and for that reason I don't recommend them. You need to trust your expensive garments with people that care. So it was time I found a better cleaner. (I updated for typos but same original review)

I agree with the many other 1-star reviews. I have been here several times. On 1 occasion I brought a pair of shorts to have altered, in which Taylor ruined by making the lengths uneven. In spite of this, I continue to support this business to give them a chance. After several other alterations, I brought a pair of pants to have the legs opened, but the legs were not opened as I like and too tight. Instead of having the nice, friendly tailor redo the pants, I instead politely requested to receive a small discount towards my next alteration. After waiting two weeks, came to pick up some other jeans in which I was rejected and treated like trash by the manager in front of everyone. She refused to listen to anything else I said. I have had several clothes tailored here so i don’t know what was her problem and why the nasty attitude? Now I see why this place has so many bad reviews and one stars. There was no reason to be rude over requesting a small discount which would have only been a few dollars off anyway. Please have some respect and compassion for your customers.

I am happy with the cleaning and pressing. Fast job with no issues. All these negative reviewers seem to be complaining about a cleaner business doing a tailoring job. Why don’t you go to some place that specializes in alterations if you care so much about the quality?

Had suit alterations done for my brothers wedding and told them I needed it back 6/22/22 cause I was flying out on 6/23/22 when I went in to pick it up on that date of not only was the alteration done wrong but the jacket wasn’t pressed and they told me they couldn’t press it cause the crew had left already at 3:30pm. I don’t think the jacket was even altered it basically looked like it did when I took it off the rack.

I almost never write a bad review! I asked for 3 cotton tops and a cotton dress to be pressed and the linen top was okay although the cotton tops and dresses weren’t!! They reluctantly took the dress and when I showed them the tops they told me that because there was stretch in the fabric it would come out the same! A woman came from the back and argued with me that it was linen and I said not that top the front one and she literally walked away while I was talking. I was not rude or raising my voice! No apologies they were very rude!!!
