I would be very careful about this company. They claim to have been in the industry for 45 years but a little digging on Google about the owner easily proves otherwise (he had a handyman/plaster contractor business until at least 2000), and this business was only started in 2017. In addition IIRC have confirmed that this business is not a certified firm, and the owners technician certification expired years ago. I suspect that if checked, many of the other certifications they list may also be expired or false. Mould and water damage can be dangerous and so many insurance restorers cut corners, please be careful and do your due diligence.
