I would highly recommend using Anchor Restoration for any of your water damage needs. Andres was very communicative during process. His staff was excellent and their work was wonderful. We were affected by Hurricane Ian and were fortunate enough to have Anchor working in our community. Andres, the owner, went out of his way to introduce and inspect our home personally. They were able to complete all aspects of our job requirements (flooring/drywall/paint) which was a big help. The team was professional & courteous as well as working hard (sometimes 12 hour days) in order to get the job done in a timely manner. This company takes pride in their work and their workers. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

Andre and his amazing team did a great job on our mold remediation. Our home was unfortunately flooded during Hurricane Ian which was obviously a very traumatic time for my family. We had gotten two other quotes prior to Andre and his team coming in and neither one of them felt right in my gut. I knew when Andre’s team came in that it was the right fit immediately. I also felt they weren’t trying to take advantage of us in our time of need. His employee, Will, was professional, empathetic, timely, and communicative. They handled my belongings with love and care. They even moved my daughters gold fish to a safe place and fed him daily. I highly recommend Andre and his team.

Anchor restoration came to my house during the most devastating time of my life. A pipe broke in my upstairs bathroom and completely flooded my house. Anchor came out immediately and even referred a plumber to come assist. They got all the water out and removed all my carpeting. They were really nice and explained everything they were doing. I am so happy with there service and I highly recommend them. They work until your house is dry. Best part of it all is they bill your insurance company. Andres and his team are very professional, hardworking and understanding. Thank you guys!

Very professional service agent (Hector) who was helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. The response time was great and they quickly addressed the bathroom moldolet issue i was having. They completed a dry out and referred me over to Stellar public adjusting services who later did not perform much to my satisfaction but this was not due to anything anchor restoration had done. Overall would highly recommend there services.

Update... it saddens me to say but although everything written below is true, beware of the (unknown prior to work) price tag. I do not agree with many of the erroneous and excessive charges. Very disappointed. If you are looking for a great restoration company to clean up after hurricane Micheal, I highly recommend Anchor Water Damage Restoration. They are a very professional, honest, thorough, hard working group of young men. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they personally helped make this very emotional day much easier. With smiling faces working to Christian music playing in the background. Each member of the team listened sincerely and intently to me tell stories of each piece and memory I had to say goodbye to today. Thank you Andres and crew for everything!

Anchor Water Damage Restoration did an amazing job with helping with a leak issue. They were quick to come out, thorough, and provided a good value for their services. More importantly James and Prince were great at explaining and educating me on the inspection and the insurance claim process while also giving sound solutions to the problem. I would recommend them if you need help especially being educated on the entire water/mold restoration process as it can be frustrating, intimidating, and very very stressful.
