Raimundo was awesome. He patched our carpet and cleaned it and we couldn’t be happier. We had 3 rooms cleaned. He had amazing prices and did incredible work. We won’t be using anyone else in the future other than him. He’s very down to earth and kind, and really works hard.

Ray was AMAZING... He did our tile and grout and while he was here we had him do our sectional also. Both came out better than new. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him and will for sure be using him again.

Update: I was contacted this morning by Raimundo, the business owner, with a screen shot where he proceeded to say he cleaned my stuff very well, the area rugs were full of urine and feces and apparently my toddler has also peed all over the floors and spilled food, that my house smelled of pee and dogs. It did not smell like pee and mildew, that happened after he "cleaned" our rugs without being hired to do so. It has been over 48 hours, they are still outside dripping wet, they still smell like dog, mildew, mold. They are ruined. He also claimed that my husband called him back to try and get money out of him. He was not trying to "get money out of" Rai and wasn't asking for more than we paid, in fact, he asked for 1/2 of the what we paid back as a fair compromise. (Screenshots below) For someone who repeatedly says he "stands by his work", not being able to get out pet smells or stains that he was previously told about seems pretty basic. But it's "not his fault I have dogs" and that the rugs were "a little bit more damp than I would have wanted", he "did the best he could" and doesn't understand why I would "ruin his reputation". I just needed to "leave the rugs out in the sun" that he has "cleaned hundreds of rugs in way worse conditions and haven't had any issues", but apparently that is no longer the case once I've written a review. Stay far, far away from this "business". This started out as what would seem to be a good deal with a small business and turned into an awful experience. The couch and chairs that were cleaned, were cleaned well enough. There was a lot of water left in them so it took longer than anticipated to dry, but overall nothing really crazy there. He also said he would throw in 2 of my rugs to be cleaned for free in exchange for a 5-star review. Sounded good to me! He also cleaned a king mattress that had some potty-training stains from my kid. Unfortunately, the stains did not come up once the mattress was dry and it still smelled and Ray agreed to come back to fix it. Still everything sounds pretty good. But the rugs never really dried all the way out, and a new smell was permeating through my home; cat pee and mildew. We don't have a cat. Seems like sometimes, when there are stains people don't know about, doing a topical wash can reinvigorate old dormant smells, but the mildew was because they hadn't dried in well over 24 hours. Ray came back and when I told him they (or something else that had be cleaned) were smelling, he told me all he could smell were my dogs. After a small back and forth, he said he could smell what I was talking about and took one of the rugs outside to clean it. In this time, the smell in the house didn't go away and it turns out both of my rugs were having the mildew problem. He offered to deep clean them both and said they would need to lay out in the sun to get them dry. He also re-cleaned the mattress (which still has stains, but no longer has odor so I'll let that go). He put GALLONS AND GALLONS of water onto the rugs to push out a good amount of dirt, but then neglected to force any of the water out of the rugs. Instead he left them in the driveway in the sun to dry. 7 or so hours later when my husband came home they were still soaked so much that he couldn't pick up the larger of the rugs. We had to basically rig a clothes line using our truck and the fence to get it up off the ground in an attempt to drain out some of the water. It's been over 30 hours at this point since the rugs were cleaned and left outside, they are both still too wet to be in our house and both wreak HORRBILY of mildew and mold because they have been soaking wet for so long. Unlicensed and uninsured.

Ray was very responsive and answered my call immediately. He was very accommodating to my schedule. Once he arrived, he explained the entire process. He began working right away. As you can see from the picture, he was able to clean my furniture back to a new like state. I’d highly recommend him and his company, Floor Innovations & Solutions.

Rai did an amazing patch job on my carpet. My dog dug it out a bit and he patched me back up within 30 minutes. He was prompt and energetic. Very passionate about his work and thats rare to find these days.

Rai came and patched and cleaned my carpet! He was super nice. Came and fixed the damage my dogs made to the carpet and cleaned out the pet smell!

Recently, this carpet and flooring company ( small business 1-man operation),cleaned my neighbors rv flooring. My bride had him clean ours.Job well done. Today, I had him do the carpets in my 05' Peterbilt that has 2 million miles, along with my Silverado. Again, job-well done. My Silverado is 14 yrs old, 190k, and the carpet looks like it did when I bought it 14 yrs ago, the Peterbilt was a challenge to say the least. The "clean " smell in booth trucks is a welcome to me. I highly recommend this guy, he takes pride in his service and attention to detail.

Rai was very responsive, and quick to get a job scheduled and completed. He was very easy to work with and did a great job removing linoleum residue from my bathroom tile! Highly recommend.

Ray was fantastic. You can really tell the man is passionate about his work. I’m also in the middle of starting up a business and he had a lot of great advice for me, went above and not only in his work, but in his customer relations, will definitely recommend and re-hire.

We are about to move, had some cat damage an around the doors in a couple of rooms and decided to call Floor Innovations and Solutions after reading a couple of happy reviews. Raimundo answered the call and told us this was his specialty. He did not disappoint! He was here the same day, did an excellent job, price was reasonable and it was done fairly quick. I highly recommend their service!
