My husband and I are in the process of a large water loss and reconstruction being needed. My insurance company called BluSky out to us. Inti and Xochilt came to our home and completely put us at ease. Knowing the process will take some time, they explained things and took some of the stress off. This team worked nonstop from the moment they walked thru the door until they left that evening. We were so impressed with the concern for belongings and safety. The attention to detail being paid on things like pictures on the wall being taken down before setting up the air movers and dehus, putting furniture on blocks and taping down cords was nice to see.

I called FLA-CAT out after a recent storm to assist with some fallen trees at my home. I was so flustered at the mess the storm made of my trees everywhere and thought I would be left with this headache, all on my own. The crew was prompt, professional and so polite! When they arrived, they explained who they were, what they were going to do and got it done VERY quickly! They explained the whole process to me and really took their time to make sure I understood, since this was my first time having a 'disaster' that needed emergency services. I am absolutely blown away by the experience that I have had with Blu Sky especially with antonio Hernandez and Josh Moon. Josh has helped me with every step of the way in regards to the work that needs to be completed for my property. And Antonio was the gentleman who was completing the hands-on work in the unit and gave me updates daily as well as photos of the progress. I am blown away by how quickly the response was, by how professional and efficient the team was in getting this completed for us. They have definitely won me over, so I hope they win you over too. FLA-CAT immediately sent a team to dry out our house and assess the damage. Within minutes they were setting up dryers and preparing for the next steps of cleaning up the mess. Based on the quality of crew and Curtis the Project Manager's plan for recovery, we stuck with FLA-CAT throughout the entire process. That was one of the best decisions we've ever made. The drywall, flooring, packing, and clean up teams all did a fantastic job with the utmost respect for us and our belongings.
