Nice company, the staff was nice and was very helpful. They showed us around a few of smaller bus their models. They had a large selection of larger vans and buses. Didn't have exactly what we were looking for. At the end they gave us some cool bus models and a business card. I'll admit which was really cool.

Worst and worst- I ordered some parts for my Van Hool Bus and paid $1900(ground shipping included -not urgent) arrived after 1 week -ok-BUT TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT MY CARD FOR $231 - because shipping bull… it’s unacceptable. Not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL - the (Alex) lady said - yeah we doing this all the time- I am stupid or what? Why you charge people cards without their consent for the shipping when it’s included already in the full price. -0 service

I have been coming here to purchase buses and to see ice them for years, they are very good at what they do, expect to wait a while for the service as they are very busy must of the time.

Terrible business to use and everything! I definitely do not suggest using them. I have multiple people I know to do the best jobs on your buses/vehicles! If I could give them a rating of -10 I would! They treat their employees like total garbage at least treat them with respect and proper! Extremely disgusted with this company!

Absolutely outstanding. The service they provided to the bus I drive was from SUPERHEROES! They got me in faster than the speed of sound, repaired my bus so it’s now stronger than a locomotive. Their garage is impeccable, EVERY staff member incredibly knowledgeable, talented, thorough, kind and IMPRESSIVE!

ABSOLUTELY the worst parts buying experience I have ever dealt with. First time I called they said they had the parts in stock and gave me pricing - drove an hour to get them picked up and then were told we needed an account set up before buying which was not explained in the initial phone call (trip wasted) I went through the process of setting up the account and then tried calling back so I could get the parts.... then I was told they are in stock just not in stock at the local location, the whole process was overly irritating... I ended the call and will spend my money with another vendor. My shop maintains a whole fleet of these buses and have to source parts regularly so realizing one of the only local vendors is that difficult to work with is disappointing

I want to thank you guys for helping me out in this thing we call bus life. I want to thank Jeff Jolley, for helping me get into a brand new bus and I want to thank Willy and Christy in the service department for taking such good care of me. You guys are always fair and reasonable on prices and generally take care of any need that I have a timely manner while other companies want you to make an appointment and bring your bus two weeks to one month later. That is just not an option in this business when it needs to be fixed it needs to be fixed now and I appreciate you guys for working with me and making sure that everything gets done to my buses in a timely manner and thank Jeff for making my new bus dreams come true.. Our bus driver was really rude. He wouldn’t let us onto the bus for a while, while it was raining, and wasn’t accommodating for those of us who had to go to the bathroom. He didn’t listen to directions and was in a very foul mood. There was supposed to be wifi on the bus but there wasn’t.

I would give this company a zero star because the two men that work there are rude and not friendly to the consumer also not help at all, worse experience ever to have to deal with people that act like they don't want to work and act like they doing you a favor. this company needs to hire people that know how to treat the customer.
