Michael is a great inspector who professionally trouble shoots a water leak issue in one of my managed houses. The water leak originally looks like an intrusion issue which water comes from outside, which is a big problem to the house. He uses professional tools to scan the wall but finds no water inside wall. Instead, he finds the drain valve on the water heater is leaking. A fix is done. A repair report is also provided. I would recommend Michael to everyone.
