May 2025: height could no longer be adjusted on my vintage piano stool by spinning it but WFC repaired the mechanism that controlled this. Staff was friendly, service was quick and reasonably priced.

They are helping restore an old over 100 years old table. Very knowledgeable, skillful, and helpful staff. So glad I found Barry and his team. Purchased an antique bedroom set they had on location. Beautiful.

I only gave it 4 stars because it took a few tries to get it right (spring kept popping back loose) but the finished product was well worth the weight. The staff was professional, the facility was clean and the price to repair was reasonable

I had a wooden rocking chair repaired here. I will say the employees were all extremely nice and customer service was amazing. This is my fault because I did not ask prior to work being completed, but I feel I was extremely overcharged. It cost me $350 to repair a part on this chair and repaint it white. The bottom areas of the chair were not painted and there are multiple areas where it was not painted very well. I hate posting negative reviews so before I did I showed a few people the chair and old them and they couldn’t believe how much it cost. Just make sure you get the cost prior to getting your furniture repaired.

Called and was able to schedule a consult for my broken couch within the week (beam that holds the material under the cushions out of place, needed reinforced). Came on a Thursday morning, picked up the couch Friday morning, had it delivered back to me safe and sound Monday afternoon. $300 which I thought was reasonable. The couch is great. Sits even better than before. 10/10 recommend.

Was suppose to stain a cabinet to match my others. The attempts are an utter failure was finally told they can't match AFTER ins had paid. They attempted to make a drawer in my kithen shotty job. The front of the drawer is not wide enough and the inside walls ate only have the height of the drawer. Was told it would be fixed months ago. They never return calls.

They fixed my side boards in 2 days and did such a good job you can’t tell it was broken unless you knew before! I can’t say thank you enough. Wonderful team.

Thank you Whitley's. I took my rocker in today to get an estimate (free of charge), and they fixed it right there on the spot. No waiting and no having to leave my chair there. What a blessing. No more broken chair.

I took a dresser that had been purchased by my parents in 1964 that needed to be refurbished. Whitley's not only refurbished it, they made it look practically new. This is no doubt a quality furniture restoration business.

They seem to be a legitimate company but they seem to have customers whos furniture is being repaired back more that the Company whos hiring them. They make little jobs big jobs so they can make more money, when the job doesn't require that so much be done. So its seems they are all about profit instead of having the Company who hired thems best interest At heart. I would not recommend. My local FurnMedic Macon GA. Does it right A table doesn't need to be totally refinished if there's a 2.5 inch minor scratch in the corner of table. They have the knowledge and Means to take care of it And not charge so much. Call someone else. Maybe this will make them see the difference. I DOUBT IT THO.
