The team that was dispatched were outstanding during the entire process. I Called late in the evening and they came out immediately. Jesse & Makiegh were excellent, worked efficiently, clean, and took damage product through outdoor window. The guys were very respectful of not tracking any debris or dirt anywhere in the house. Answered all of our questions. Great communication. The guys let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I would certainly refer the company to anyone in need. I would use them again! (Hopefully I will never need their service) with having the stress of our new house flooded, they made us feel we were in good hands and were very polite and respectful, these days it seems to be in short supply.

Aaron and Ray went above and beyond to help us during an emergency flood situation. They helped us vacuum water with their truck and saved us money by contacting our insurance company to get us setup with the best solution for our downstairs. Aaron was awesome getting all the nasty asbestos out of our flooded bathroom area. Jesse and Brett were also here off and on, making sure all asbestos abatement was out of the way before Thanksgiving. Idaho Fire And Flood is AWESOME! Jennifer and Shea also performed miracles scheduling the project to our convenience and keeping us informed. Update: Mike and Thomas did the finish work. Absolutely professional and perfect. I had heard warnings about this company’s pricing practices, "Don't come between them and a nickel"—now I understand why. My plumber paid this company $18,000 (at insurance rates) for water mitigation and asbestos abatement in my home. We were originally told the cost would be around $12,000, but communication during the project was almost nonexistent, and the final price ballooned without explanation right before starting. The agreement clearly states that the company will clean and sanitize everything touched by sewer water. That turned out to be misleading. They are now refusing to clean under my furnace—where all of the sewer water pooled—claiming that this falls under a “repair process” that would cost an additional $13,000, even though we were paying cash and insurance wasn’t involved. From the beginning, the work was incomplete. Despite the project manager assuring me that after mitigation “you’ll be able to eat off the floor,” I went downstairs to find: Carpet tack strips were still on the floor with pieces of old flooring. The washer and dryer never moved—even though this is where the sewer backed up twice Water-damaged insulation left in place The area still filthy and clearly not sanitized I had to make multiple calls to get even the basics addressed. Weeks later they finally came back to remove the tack strips and clean under the washer and dryer, but they continued to refuse to clean under the furnace—despite the contract saying all sewer-contact surfaces would be disinfected. To make matters worse, I brought in three separate contractors to quote the repair work after mitigation, and every single one of them said this company had not completed the job properly. Then, after hiring a contractor to begin repairs, he immediately found asbestos that the mitigation company claimed was fully abated. This was before my contractor's new work even began—meaning their asbestos abatement was not done correctly or thoroughly. At this point, it’s clear: this company seems far more interested in money than in customer safety or honest work. Please save yourself the stress—and save your nickels—and go somewhere else.

We had a flood issue and originally hired the nationally known green company. After paying them over $7000 for their service we found that there was still moisture under the flooring that they didn’t remove. We contacted them and they wouldn’t even let us use one of their dehumidifiers. We then called Idaho fire and flood and Bret M came to our rescue promptly and provided us a great deal of information and confirmed our concerns. This was the best $100 that I have spent in a long time. The only reason it was a hundred dollars was that it was after hours. Thanks so much to Bret M. and the prompt and professional response. I highly recommend these guys!!
