They were professional, friendly, and I felt fully supported through the process. Scott at CCA Restoration was a very difficult person to work with. My husband and I would have to call or text him separately four times over weeks to finally get a call or text back. He did not take accountability for post work type cleanliness. Instead, he called us a liar numerous times. He continued to blame me and my husband for some type of cement that was stuck to my baseboard. He stated his crew did not leave the cement on my perfect baseboard. Where would I get the cement, and why would I put it on my own baseboard? I’m writing this review to say I do not recommend CCA Restoration for any repairs, and they have horrible customer service. Please use them at your own risk.

I strongly recommend not working with this company. There transparency and communication is non existent. I had to call constantly to get the service the insurance company already approved and sent the check. Claim was submitted/approved Sept 2025 however the small repairs were just completed Jan 2026. No follow up or return calls text messages almost non existent only when you’re calling all the time to get a response in which they make it seems as if your bothering them. If I had choice I would not have choose this company at all. Customer service 00000000 lack of communication and transparency absolutely horrible customer experience.

CCA Restoration was a great company to work with. They communicate well and proactively. Their work was super impressive and they were very professional. This is the type of company that goes the extra mile and pays attention to detail which is not always something you get from companies these days. They even noticed we had a dog and asked us to keep our dog away from a particular area until they could ensure it was cleared of debris after the job. I would highly recommend this company.

We were extremely happy with all the work that was performed in our home by CCA Restoration. The communication with John Cornfield from scheduling to work up dates was exceptional. The quality of work on the floors was beyond our expectations. The workers who were involved with the restoration of our floors were timely, hard working and took much pride in the work they performed. The furniture movers did an excellent job of blanket wrapping and storing the furniture. Everyone involved kept us informed on arrival times as scheduled. We would highly recommend CCA Restoration and would not hesitate to use them if needed in the future.

The first week of January 2024 - just before the icy cold weather and snow - CCA Restoration installed several windows and doors for us. We were told that the job would take approximately one week but they were done in 2 1/2 days. The installers were very professional made sure the floor and furniture were covered and even hung up the drapes after they were done with each window. We are very happy with the outcome and look and we definitely will call and recommend this company in a minute.
