Really can’t say enough good things about this company! GO WITH THEM YOU WONT REGRET IT! We had flooding in our floors and had to have all the floors redone and walls repainted. First time homeowners so this was a scary idea for us, and working with insurance. Ron was SO helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the process. Bobby was very knowledgeable about the floor options and we appreciated his insight and expertise. When it came time to move out, his team took care of EVERYTHING and made sure we were comfortable. I even have some really huge plants that were important to me they made sure to cover and gave me access so I could come back in and make sure they were taken care of. Our dream was to be back in our home by Christmas..and Ron and the team called us up and surprised us and had us in well before then and moved everything back in exactly where it was so we came home to the home as we knew it - but new and improved! The walls and floors look amazing - they even had the floor planks custom cut to different lengths like our previous floors were and our Christmas decor out and ready to be put up. Throughout the entire process, Ron, Bobby and the team were so knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, thoughtful, and a genuine JOY to work with and be around. We cannot thank you all enough - you turned something terrifying (flooding) into something terrific.

Hired them for water damage. Very disrespectful to me. They sent a quote to the insurance company for mitigation but what they claimed was present in the home and the length of time were padded. Number of fans provided and length of time. It took 4 guys 9 hours to hang 5 sheets of drywall. It took 2 guys 6 hours to mud. They clogged our slop sink with drywall mud which created another water issue without offering to pay for damages they argued saying it was not drywall mud. When removing baseboard they damaged walls that were not part of the water damage so they are not covered by insurance. When I requested an invoice or contract they only provided me something after I fired them. The salesman/project manager threatened to call my insurance company. The owner threatened to lien my house. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I can't say enough good about this company. They came into an ugly situation and did everything above and beyond what would normally be expected. Our basement filled with over 20 inches of raw sewage. Once pumped out their crew came in like gangbusters removed ruined furniture, appliances and personal belongings. Once all removed they cleaned and disinfected the entire basement. The crew worked nonstop! Their manager, Peter, went beyond expectations to ease the pain of this disaster. i can't tell you how much all of the USA employees we met and worked with are appreciated. Highly recommended!!!

I contacted USA Water & Fire Restoration because a mold remediation service was performed in the attic of my home on 5/14/2017. On my receipt, it states that there is a 10 year guarantee for this service. I am currently attempting to sell my house and just had a home inspection performed in which they advised that there was mold in the attic again, just 2 years later. When I called, I spoke with a woman who was very nice, she advised she would send my info to her technician. When the technician called just a few minutes later, I advised of my situation and that I have my receipt from 2 years ago with a 10 year guarantee on it. He advised that USA Water & Fire does not provide that long of a guarantee. I then asked, so you will not honor what your technician wrote on the receipt? He said, "I am not going to answer that as I am not sure what that technician was doing at the time or if he is still with us". I advised that I could send him a picture of it to show that I have this guarantee. He said ok, send the picture. He called me right back and rudely asked, "ma'am, did you fill out this receipt?" I said no, it is 2 years old and it's all the same handwriting! I asked if he was accusing me of forgery. He said, "No, I asked you a specific question and I want an answer before I get my lawyers involved!". I advised that I did not fill out the receipt and asked for the mans name. He said, "No, I'm not giving that to you!", and he asked me again if I filled out the receipt because he did not recognize this technicians handwriting. I advised that if he was not going to honor his companies guarantee, and be rude and accusatory, that I would file a BBB complaint. He said, "We don't care about that!". I then disconnected the call as I will not argue or be talked to like that.

This is a terrible company! Please do not waste your money with them! From not showing up when they said they would several times, to failing to get a work permit and then yelling at me when my village put a stop work order on them, to leaving unfinished work for me to hire someone else to do, to their EXTREMELY shoddy workmanship, USA put me through the wringer with all of it. I still have giant, ugly gaps in the wall under the window they replaced, and they broke my front door and blamed me for it. They damaged my siding when they replaced my roof and tried to convince me it was like that before they got there. Finally, less than two years after they replaced my roof it started leaking. I called and emailed them repeatedly, but they wouldn't call me back. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB, and they responded, claiming they called me back several times and ignored them, which was a lie. They also claimed to have sent someone out to inspect my roof and determined the problem was due to storm damage. But that was a lie, too -- no one from their company ever came out to inspect my roof. I am a teacher, so I was home all summer. I would have known if someone had been walking around on my roof uninvited. I had a different company come out to do an inspection and the roofer said the caulk was so inexpertly applied that there were just glops of it in some places and none at all in others. The shoddy workmanship caused the shingles to lift, and they reused the old pan tile instead of replacing it (he could tell from the amount of hail damage on it). Then USA said my warranty, which they never supplied me a copy of, was only good for one year so they don't have to pay to fix it. DO NOT hire this company. It was the worst decision I've ever made in my life -- they caused me so much stress, and my house is still broken!
