I was going to wait until after the Holidays to write my review of Budget Board UP since the days are so hectic at this time of the year. I decided I had to do this review immediately for several reasons. Carlos, the Owner, could have put off doing my job because it is a hectic time of the year, I live in a high-rise which makes the job more difficult, he had been at a job at two o'clock in the morning and I live in an inconvenient location. Carlos didn't put me off so I won't procrastinate on doing this review. Usually when seeking a service for a very difficult situation, I just want to get it over and done. I feel I am at a disadvantage because the business knows the situation is difficult and most people will pay whatever they are charged just to get it over and done. From the moment I made contact with Carlos, I felt he was a decent person. I didn't feel I was going to be charged a ridiculous price just because it could be done. THIS OWNER IS FAIR AND CARING!!! Without having any idea of the price a previous Company quoted, Carlos gave a price that was considerably less. Normally that would make me run in the opposite direction, but, based on good reviews and the vibe I got from him, I went with Budget Board UP. Absolutely no regrets. If it were not for the fact that the Company deals with bad luck/disastrous situations, I would patronize them regularly. To make things even better, when the assigned expert, and I mean expert, showed up, he thought "Outside the Box" and came up with a better solution than I could have imagined. The Technician, Daniel, also had the caring attitude that Carlos has. What a great Company and what kind people. I don't want another disaster but I would recommend Budget Board Up without hesitation. Oh, the price charged was even better than the originally quoted price, which I would have paid and felt was fair! THIS IS ACTUALLY AN ADDITIONAL REVIEW! Unfortunately someone in my family needed a board-up service about two months after I used Budget Board-Up Service. Of course I quickly called Budget Board-Up Service! Once again, Owner Carlos went above and beyond in responding quickly, doing a wonderful job and being very kind and caring while doing so. I hope I never need Carlos' services again but, if the need arises, I will call him immediately. This board-up service is one I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Carlos and his team were very professional, and it made me feel at ease when he answered the phone right away and offered to help. It was really stressful to be startled by bricks thrown in the window, and it was great that it was boarded up quickly, so my family felt secure.
