I was a bit nervous at first doing business with this company. I honestly had no knowledge on what a Public Adjuster was and what they do for you. After speaking to a few people in my neighborhood, I decided to give them a shot. I figured that I had nothing to loose. Best decision of my life. We had a previous claim a couple of years ago and it was just horrible. We had our insurance company send someone out and we weren't able to get approved for anything. So when Josh came out, he told us he would take care of everything on our behalf so we went with him. We really like him because he's personable and his communication is more than great. Our roof sustained damages in an overnight hail and windstorm. The next morning, we had shingles of our roof in our driveway and knew it had to be looked at right away. We were hesitant to deal with the insurance and we were recommended Neighborhood Adjusters. Our insurance took more than a year to approve our claim and initially denied the claim. Marcos Molina, our adjuster, was a fierce and steadfast advocate in working on our behalf with the insurance company and he kept us informed about the process in a way that was transparent and timely. Marcos was able to get another re-inspection scheduled and his knowledge and expertise was conducive in proving our loss and damages and ultimately getting the claim approved. We couldn’t have been more excited and breathe a sigh of relief. Marcos / Neighborhood Adjusters has made the entire process stress-free! Also have to mention that once all approved, Cynthia was really nice and helpful in going through the paperwork and thoroughly explaining the estimate and repairs to be done and Johnny working diligently with our town village to get the permits pulled for the repairs. All around- great, responsive and proactive folks! Neighborhood Adjusters get our utmost recommendation!

We had a lot of storm damage to our house and our insurance wouldn't cover it. Then one day a man named Brett from Neighborhood Adjusters and explained what he does. We told him that we already tried to get our insurance to cover the damage but they wouldn't. He told us he should be able to get our insurance to approve the damage with the help of his company. They all work together to get the job done and make their clients happy. They will fight our insurance until they do approve the claim. We told him we would think about it and call him. Brett thanked us for our time and left. He came back again since he didn't hear back from us in a week and we really talked into detail about what we wanted if he could get our insurance to approve new siding. After going back and forth with our insurance, Brett not only got us new siding on our house but also got the garage new siding and a new roof!! We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Brett and Neighborhood Adjusters!

Last year my neighbors next door to me, and a couple of other people in my neighborhood started getting their roofs done. Since they were getting it done, it made me wonder if I could get mines done too. Luckily, Josh Bird came by and inspected my roof and then told me I did in fact have damages and he could see if the insurance would pay for it. After a couple of weeks, due to the bad weather, I finally had my inspection and got approved for a full roof replacement! I was very happy. Josh and the office people kept me up to speed. I must say this company has been doing a good job so far. I have not had one incident and being a little older, I have to be cautious with anyone coming by my home so the fact that the company is bei ng honest is very important to me. Thanks Josh.
