Had the team come out and expand our laundry room into a mudroom. The project was well planned and executed perfectly. When the team ran into an unknown obstacle from the original builder. They worked quickly to redesign around the obstacle and keep costs almost at the original price! Great team to work with and we are looking forward to our next home renovation project in 2026!

Our friend/realtor recommended A.R.K. Specialty for finishing our basement. Adam came out to our home last year and was extremely thorough and attentive to our needs/preferences when drawing up his quote. We ultimately had to postpone the basement remodel, but we had them put in a new entry door to our garage this summer.
