Mike & his ENTIRE crew at CRDN are absolutely fantastic! They helped us gather of our smoke damaged electronics, clothing, towels, bedding, etc. after we suffered a fire in our home. The team was supportive, kind & professional!! They responded immediately and were able to process and get my family urgently needed clothes. If you're reading this review, you're likely in the position we found ourselves in a year ago. On March 30, 2023, we awoke at 3:00am to a strange smell. That smell was from an electrical fire that originated in our garage, destroying our garage, kitchen and three-season porch. My wife and I evacuated safely and later that day were moved out as two remediation teams moved in to gather everything we had from the home. Our home and our contents had suffered extensive smoke damage. This began one of the most important relationships of our lives. We were introduced to CRDN of Chicago at the suggestion of our insurance adjuster. Their team was impeccably efficient, careful and respectful in handling our possessions. Within the year that it took to rebuild our home and remediate the damage, we regularly visited CRDN's facilities to retrieve seasonal clothing and personal items that we needed. CRDN rushed us a supply of emergency clothing and the computer needed to remain functional throughout this crisis. Every single person we met from CRDN was kind, friendly and proud of the work they were doing on our behalf. When clothing was returned, it was impeccably cleaned, pressed, folded with such precision - our clothing had never looked so good! Difficult items like area rugs, all of our electronics and precious artwork was treated and handled with the highest regard, as if the possessions were their own. While moving back in, it was easy to locate items, due to their impeccable system of inventorying items that are cross-referenced to lists of contents. In our wildest imagination, we could not imagine this series of events happening and we never knew of companies like CRDN of Chicago who, every day, do the work of angels to restore your lives to the best possible outcome. There were total losses that were beyond anyone's ability to fix, but we will forever be grateful to this wonderful team of truly extraordinary people.
