I needed help with an insurance claim on a property. I spoke with a few of the well known adjusting firms. Each told me it was an uphill battle or not worth the time and I would not prevail. Schoeneman spent the extra time reviewing the situation for me, and then successfully negotiated with the insurance firm and had the claim fully paid. Could have saved a lot of time having called Schoeneman from the start. Family owned and ran business but very sophisticated, and you’re not just a volume customer in a sales funnel. 5 stars.

They deserve 10 stars!!! I am not one for writing reviews, but they are worthy of this one. The entire team at Schoeneman are absolutely amazing. A vehicle drove through my sister's condominium unit with a direct hit to both bathrooms. The unit flooded, and water sat in the unit for several days. After 9 months of battling with the insurance companies, the association and contractors hired by association we contacted Mitch Schoeneman regarding the nightmare. Mitch promised us that he would take care of working with the insurance companies and assured us that his recovery team could manage all of the repairs. I was a little skeptical since no one had kept their word previously. I read all the google reviews and researched the company including the Better Business Bureau rating. We took a leap of faith, and it was the best decision we made. I am in the customer service business and have high expectations. We prepared ourselves for several mishaps and some delays. They kept every promise they made and exceeded our expectations. They went over and beyond the promises made to us. The communication throughout the project was great. The construction crew starting with the foreman and his entire team were kind, considerate and hard working. Their work is truly exceptional. The Schoeneman team was there for us during one of the most challenging times in our lives. After our home caught fire, when we didn't know what to do, and were overwhelmed by the path ahead.
