I’m extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Paul Davis after my basement flooded. Edgar was great to work with and took the time to explain every step of the process so I knew what to expect, and he even helped with discussion and photo submission to my insurance company, so that on the same day, Nov 17, Christian and team were able to come and efficiently remove the wet carpet, cut out the necessary drywall, sanitize everything, and set up drying equipment to get the space dry as quickly as possible. Their expertise and care gave me real peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or needing mitigation services!

A contractor, a claims rep and a homeowner walk into a bar - sounds like the start of a joke until you notice the homeowner is not laughing... Following a small home fire, I selected PDR, a preferred vendor of my insurance company and seemingly well rated company to complete the remediation and repairs. At first, I felt great about the process. The first phase, was run by an awesome human: Christian. Him, his team: prompt, clean, professional - PHENOMENAL!! I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this person - he was on it. Then phase 2 - darkness enters. No shows, nobody knows what they're doing on any given day. Requests for a project schedule went ignored. Almost always, it was one guy showing up by himself to paint everything, he regularly seemed pissed and I was too, especially as I had the pleasure of finding white paint swipes on things like the chrome towel bar or a garment poking out of a closet. In the end I got an invoice that exceeded the agreement, I had to ask to have the invoice adjusted so that I could pay and had to have their back end issue explained to me like a child - but I don't know who is in the business of paying an invoice in excess ~$2K just to have the vendor return the difference ? My frustration over this experience is the dread of every home owner when dealing with these kinds of home projects; if you get Christian, Hallelujah! - your year is made; anyone else? call an exorcist.

Omar and the crew from Mokena that was sent out were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They came in and knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded to do an excellent job. Leaving the basement clean and dry ready for the finishing part of the project. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Paul Davis did an amazing job on my bathroom and flooring throughout the upstairs.. it took a lil longer than expected but it was definitely worth the wait!!! The guys were very professional and helpful.. I was able to leave them in my home unattended while I was at work and nothing had been touch .. I really appreciate it and looking for to getting more work done from them in the future!! Now I can’t stop taking bathroom pics!! Lol!

Edgar Salvador was the best but David K has no credibility and never on time for appointments. Edgar’s group worked very hard and were always on time. Edgar was exceptional and responsive while David K was not responsive, unnecessary delayed the project and didn’t follow through. Edgar deserves a 5 star if he was by himself.

We had a toilet overflow in our bathroom that spread into our living room carpet. Our insurance company sent out Paul Davis Restoration to do the clean up and I honestly can't say enough great things about everyone we dealt with. The lady I spoke to in the office was genuinely nice and caring. The crew that came out to do the work, were on time, professional, explained everything in detail and answered all of my crazy questions and concerns about the process. The following day after they came to pick up equipment, the office even called me to check to see how I was doing because the lady knew I was panicking the day it all happened. She wanted to make sure everything was done to our standards and make sure we didn't have any questions.
