We had a pipe that froze over the Holidays and had water everywhere. It was awful and we had family coming over the next day. This company was so fast and they did a great job. Had everything cleaned up in no time allowing us to enjoy the holidays with our kids and family. The professionalism, courtesy, communication and level of service was over the top. The respect they gave our property by keeping it protected from further damage or dirt was particularly appreciated not to mention the speed and efficiency they took to resolve the issue at hand. Apartment completely cleaned of pesticide contamination. EVERY surface cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Walls, ceilings, cabinets inside and out, carpets left clean and DRY, appliances, hotwater heat fins clean, lighting, windows, woodwork spotless. Shower rust GONE, room sparkling. No repainting required. Building owner severely allergic so needed disaster restoration. VERY satisfied. HIGHLY recommend this pleasant and respectful crew. Would definitely hire them again. Furnace/ductwork scheduling for other apartments.

If I could give negative stars I would. Cat 5 was supposed to come out and do restoration to my home post kitchen fire. They did- and they did a less than acceptable job. They spilled paint on a bedroom comforter. They did cover up ANY of my furniture. They left areas unpainted or half painted. They did not remove anything off the walls, they simply painted around things. They got paint on my original hardwood floors. Rude and condescending workers. I simply cannot believe what a horrible experience I had.

We had a fire in our restaurant in October. The guys they sent out were lazy, and slow, out of 6 of them only one was a hard worker. My staff had to keep cleaning behind them to get them to keep going. We were charged for everyone being there working even when 2 or 3 of them would be sitting outside or in the van smoking. They over charge and take advantage of the billing situation with the insurance company. They did less then 40% of the work we were quoted for and charged 85% of the quoted amount. Including trying to charge for equipment never used. We are a restaurant and can't afford to be closed but I feel this company only cares about how much they can squeeze from the insurance company. I would not complain if they charged me double the amount if they would of worked and just got job done. I would not recommend this unless you have no time line or your going to stay there and do much of the work yourself.
