I recently hired Mr. And Mrs. Solutions for a full remodel of my home, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the main worker, Martin, was excellent and demonstrated professionalism throughout the project, his brother and boss, Luis, significantly tarnished the overall experience. Firstly, communication with Luis was a major issue. He was consistently late and often failed to show up for important project milestones. When he did manage to be present, he seemed more interested in doing things his way rather than addressing the client's specific requests. Furthermore, after the project was completed, we encountered a significant issue with leaking from the shower basin. Despite being under warranty for one year, Luis completely ghosted us and failed to honor his commitment to rectify the problem. Overall, I regret choosing Mr. And Mrs. Solutions for my home remodel. While Martin's workmanship was commendable, the lack of professionalism and accountability from Luis ultimately soured the entire experience. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy remodeling assistance.

I hired Mr and Mrs Solutions to finish my closet and full bath remodel with change lay out . They did an amazing work and gave a very gorgeous and modern looking bathroom and basement. The whole crew (Luis, Martin) were very professional, courteous and made sure I was very satisfied with every step in the process. Great job and good price . They did really good job. They did my basement around 2014 too. No issue so far .

I hired Mr and Mrs Solutions to finish my basement with full bath and remodel the powder room into full bath. They did an amazing work and gave a very gorgeous and modern looking bathroom and basement. The whole crew (Luis, Martin, Einak and Monica) were very professional, courteous and made sure I was very satisfied with every step in the process. There were couple of minor issues along the way where things didn’t look 100% to my satisfaction, they redid the work to make sure its 100% to my liking, in-fact better and took care of the all the additional expenses. Excellent customer satisfaction service. There pricing was very competitive and lower than most contractors. I have received huge compliments from friends and family on how everything turned out. Thank you Luis and team.

Luis and Monica are great. They were able to fix all of my home’s problems. They installed lights in my cabinets and crown molding. They made all my old doors look new and fixed my plumbing, installed shelves, locks and tiles and painted for me. They can fix any issue with your home. My advice to anyone who reads this review is don’t look for anyone else.. CALL Mr and Mrs Solution!!! They are easy to talk to and are unbelievably friendly. After all my work was done they had their cleaning crew come to my house to make it look spotless. They are without a doubt the best contractors I have ever came across in over 20yrs. And as good as they are contractors they are even better people. Thanks Luis and Monica!

Sanded and stained our wood floors and stairs to match. Originally, we were quoted for matching but he did the whole first floor without adjusting pricing to ensure it all looked good. We also renovated the kitchen and removed a wall. There were some additional suggestions made that we agreed to and increased the total slightly. It mostly had to do with moving pipes and bringing things up to code that we didn’t know until we opened up walls. He added under cabinet lights as a gift because they take pride in their work. Lastly, we updated all our lighting on the first floor. All light fixtures were removed and dimmable “canned” lighting was added. In our diningroom, he gifted us the addition of mood lighting (almost like night light version) available as well. We will definitely be working with Mr. & Mrs. Solutions again to possibly renovate some upstairs bathrooms in the future. My only complaint is timeliness in terms of meetings.

I have not had a worse customer experience than what my family went through with Mr. and Mrs. Solutions. I do not review companies typically, but this is a case where the whole engagement was so painful that I felt compelled to share. For the amount of money, time and energy you will spend on remodeling your place, you can surely do better. -Late every time we planned to meet; late a full hour the first day of the job causing me to miss my work train -Every part of project faced delays -Impossible to reach. Luis will not answer phone (he diverted many calls in front of me) and went weeks without answering emails/texts during the project. After project completion, we went months without hearing back despite frequently reaching out for the warranty. -Warranty means nothing – They will not be back to fix issues. The only way I got them to return my messages was by posting public comments on their FB channel where I am now blocked -Poor temperament – Owner (Monica) went off on me saying I was unprofessional for contacting them on their FB page; tile guy threw phone across room when he had to redo work because owner failed to give proper direction -The main worker in our house was an amateur with 1 year experience and did most of the job unsupervised (learned on job on things like a pocket door) -Mistakes/sloppiness (some fixed, some not) – Tiles wrong direction, baseboard over vent, pocket door gaps, shower head low, kitchen drawers crooked, dust everywhere because wood cutting done in garage with house doors open, scratched new furniture -Showed house to new customers without permission or alerting us (I happened to be home) -Spread thin with jobs from WI to Naperville (and later in CT) -Started immediately with demo despite no materials - displacing us 7 months on 2-month job -Installed bathroom floor heater in a narrow strip outside normal standing zones (sink/toilet); Floor heat tripped breakers and never worked properly -Did some custom work that looks nice on surface. One example is a hexagon island that we requested, however the drawers are crooked and inconsistently spaced out.

I have hired this business for several home projects and I have always been contempt with the results. Recently they painted my entire house and did and excellent job. They have also helped me with remodeling my kitchen by installing floors, cabinets and putting in a granite countertop... all with fabulous results. I would definitely recommend them. Couldn't be happier with the work I had done in my home! You can tell these people have been around for years; I had a few rooms painted as well as electrical work done and power washing on the outside. It came out great. Afterwards, they had a cleaning crew come to make sure everything was spotless. You don't meet many contractors like that. Saves me time and money! It's not called Mr. & Mrs. Solutions for nothing!
