If you’ve never had a duplex catch on fire before, let me tell you — it’s not on my list of recommended hobbies. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Unfortunately, we had to enter the magical world of insurance claims… which, as it turns out, is about as straightforward as assembling IKEA furniture without instructions. After the insurance company completed their assessment, they offered us $155,000 due to depreciation and “other items.” Our policy stated $267,000. Apparently math works differently in insurance land. Enter All City Adjusting. From day one, they took over communication with the insurance company (which alone lowered my blood pressure by 20 points). They represented us through the entire process, kept everything organized, and most importantly — they knew exactly what they were doing. Six weeks later, we received the full $267,000 claim amount. That’s not a typo. Full. Claim. Special shoutout to Ashlee, who was incredibly proactive with communication. We never once sat there wondering, “What’s happening?” or “What’s next?” She made a stressful situation feel structured and manageable. It’s very easy to not know your options and just accept whatever the insurance company offers. We now know firsthand that having All City represent us was one of the best decisions we made during this process. If you guys have a house fire or any home emergencies look no further. All city adjusting saved the day. They came in after another adjuster and fixed everything. Tiffany was extremely instrumental. She is such a bright light in a dark time. She explained everything to me and made me feel involved every step of the way. Tiffany is always available to assist me and answer any of my questions.
