I've spent some time thinking about this review and everything I want to say. March 2024 I was standing in my driveway alone watching my house burn in my pajamas. It's a nightmare unlike anything I've ever experienced. A few hours later my insurance adjuster was gently informing me that even though the flames didn't destroy everything I own, the soot surely did. I asked him who he would use to restore his house if he were in my shoes and he said "a lot of people use servepro but there is a local company called Rackley that I've had a good experience with in the past." I will never forget watching Rackley fill dumpsters with my belongings. I had been through the house a few times to try and pick out what I thought could be salvaged (not much) and had attempted to come to terms with it. It's a brutal experience and I couldn't bring myself to "dig" much through my soot covered house. The Rackley guys were so kind to me. I never felt pity. As they were throwing away my life they set aside items they thought I should look through one last time. Things like photo books, a thumb drive with our wedding pictures that was inside a box buried in our guest bedroom, sentimental items that get buried and forgotten. Those items that end up meaning the world to you when you find yourself owning nothing. This is the company that Rackley is. We had dreamed of vaulting the ceilings of our house from the moment we bought it 10 years ago. It was a silly dream that we said we might do when the roof needed replaced. We shared this with Rackley. Rackley was able to take the cost that insurance would have allocated to "cleaning" our roof trusses and apply that to our out of pocket cost of tearing the whole roof system off and replacing it with one that would allow for a vaulted ceiling. It saved us some money and made our decade old dream possible. They even facilitated quotes with the roofer we ended up using and made the experience seamless. Unfortunately we encountered an absolute nightmare of a plumber. This was a local licensed and insured plumbing company that Rackley contracted to work on our house. I am not exaggerating when I say every pipe this plumber touch leaked or exploded in some way. This led to huge amounts of damage to our new floors, new drywall, new shower surround, new kitchen cabinets. Rackley handled everything. Let me say that again because it's important. Rackley handled everything. They fired the plumber, hired a new one, responded to floods, covered the damage, and reassured us that it would be ok. Every issue that comes up with a massive restoration or major project (and they do come up) Rackley handled. They were responsive, communicated clearly, and always did what was best for us. My home is incredible. It was my dream home before the fire but it's perfect now. Every single thing is perfect. Every change we made, every design we picked every detail. Perfect So while going through a devastating house fire is not worth getting a completely rebuilt/remodeled house it certainly is a nice consolation prize. I can say with absolute certainty that we would not be marveling at the beauty of our home every day if we had not selected Rackley.

Rackley Restoration went above and beyond for us in the process of restoring our home after a fire. They were professional, knowledgeable and took great care and attention to detail in the process and handling our household items and all decisions about the remodeling process. They made a hard situation as seamless and simple as could be. While I wouldn't wish a fire or damage to anyone's home, I would highly recommend Rackley to take care of any restoration/remodeling needed.

Rackley Restoration handled our flood quickly and did a great restoration on our kitchen and dining room floor and walls. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. No disappointments here whatsoever! Thank you Rackley restoration crew for your efforts and quickly getting our kitchen back together and operating again. My wife especially is thankful for her kitchen back! It was a rough couple of months without our kitchen.

I was very impressed with the tearing out and putting my bathroom and kitchen back togafter havi g to have new sewer pipes installed. Very friendly, communication was excellent. They were on time and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend using this service.

We worked with Rackley on a water damage incident earlier this year. I cannot say enough good things about their work, communication and honesty. This was a property we were in the midst of selling so remediation timeliness was extremely important. They responded same day to the call to start drying out the area. They then worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the damage to standards, allowing us to sell the property on time. They attempted to keep costs down as this was originally a denied claim and as they found additional areas to mitigate they communicated promptly, arranged the subcontractors and followed through on the worn (plumbing). Eventually we were able to get the claim covered and even though they had been paid, they responded promptly to the insurers questions and ensure we were made whole. They had very thorough documentation, making the process successful We had a similar incident 2 years prior that was handled by Servpro and I only wish we had Rackley instead. The difference in how the reconstruction was handled was night and day and we likely would have sold the property a year earlier If you need a restoration company. Do not call anyone else

I had water and mold damage. I would highly recommend Rackley Restoration. Christian, Joey and Nick took care of everything. I work fulltime and very seldom could be at the house when they packed in and out, did any of the mitigation or restoration. They dealt with insurance company for me, as well. Great service!

Christian Rackley of Rackley Restoration professionally and kindly handled the clean up and damage done by two enormous white pine trees falling in a storm. The trees landed on the corner of our outbuilding and crushed the chain link fence. Christian hired the best people for the cleanup and restoration and made my life a bit less frenzied. Christian always encouraged me to contact him with any questions and responded quickly when he wasn’t able to immediately answer my call. I am so thankful our insurance agent gave me Rackley’s contact info. He and Rackley are the best in my opinion and are a Gold Star Business!

Highly recommend their services. The people are great and easy to work with. They worked with my insurance company and myself to get my whole roof replaced and my ceiling done after the tornado hit my house back in May of 2024.

We used Rackley to replace the stage floor at The Lerner. We were highly satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism. The project was completed in a timely manner and we were kept updated throughout the process. They even gave us tips for care on how to make the stage floor last longer. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to use their services.
