HMB Construction installed our fence and we are very pleased with the outcome. John was very responsive and went above and beyond when we had an issue with the company we purchased the fence from.... Jonathan was professional, courteous, well informed and also very responsive. Unfortunately, I did not get the names to the installers, they were friendly, polite, worked well together, and left our yard spotless. John I can't thank you enough. We Highly Recommend your Co.

Left a review on their FB page and tagged them in photos of their work, but THEY DELETED MY REVIEW AND BLOCKED ME. Hired for kitchen cabinet installation. They measured three separate times and still made errors in install. They damaged EVERY cabinet with chips, uneven hardware, or installation. They cut holes in cabinets, they broke cabinets, and they installed cabinets over open plumbing, making it inaccessible. They violated building codes by burying wires in a wall and installed cabinets in front of it, making it inaccessible. They cut wires and left them LIVE dangling in a home with a small child and did not make this known to us. Most cabinets were installed on level line and another was an inch below the level line, making it impossible for countertops to be installed. They argued with me when I pointed out the cabinets were the wrong height, they argued and dismissed my concerns over the space for the dishwasher being too narrow, telling me it was "close enough" to the design plan. They failed to install crown molding as detailed in plan so the two sides of the kitchen do not match. They made holes in the drywall and ceiling. They ripped the flooring and broke the dishwasher pulling it out to prove a point that the smaller space would be good enough. They stole building materials, they stole my range hood, and they stole a sink and faucet. They left debris and screws all over the property later resulting in a flat tire. The supervisor was hostile, threatening, and refused to do a site visit when major concerns came up. Installers were 7.25 hours late and refused to fix their mistakes when repeatedly asked so as not to breach the contract. The supervisor called me "too picky" and told me this would "look terrible" but he was too busy to do anything more at my property. The supervisor repeatedly tried to undercut and take business away from Lowe's on the countertop and backsplash part of this renovation. Hostile and chauvinistic. Unprofessional. Manipulative.

Never showed up on time and when they did the job was done horribly. They did not measure correctly so there are continuous gaps all through out the house where they installed new doors. We called to have they come back and they did not answer. Until about a month or two later they gave us a call back and said they would have a look and come and re measure everything. They canceled the first appt and hour before they were suppose to be here and then never showed up for the rescheduled appt. Horrible work and horrible communication skills. Do not recommend whatsoever.

I hired HMB to help me with a remodel/addition in South Boston. Bruno and his team did a great job of working with me to complete the project. We had a couple of issues come up during construction including needing to shore up the foundation and also repair some water coming into the house because of a prior poor siding installation. They resolved the issues efficiently and the end result was fantastic!

Very disappointing experience. Installer missed multiple appointments, ghosted me for 3-4 days after each miss, would not respond to phone, email or text. Job was completed very late, putting my closing at risk.
