Update: they brought 9 boxes. One wasn’t mine, the other were my $2000 skates destroyed because they ignored instructions and did not contact manufacturer or distributor or a licensed technician. They also ruined a pair of discontinued hockey skates that can’t be replaced. I can’t bring myself to open the other 7 boxes, everything is thoughtless careless & cruel with them. They’ve taken so much money and not even done 1% of the job, they refuse to finish what they were paid for. Currently cleaning out my house after a fire. Contract says they won’t throw out anything without approval. Already found sterling silver & 14kt gold jewelry in their trash bags along with precious irreplaceable things all on my priority list. They lost my figure skates ($2k) and for inexplicable reasons insist that they took my nearly $3k roller skates yet roller skates are still sitting in my charred house. They’ve lost all nine of my priority rush boxes. Pictured are some of the priority items left at my house they insist they have in their possession including the absurdly expensive roller skates. Update: they promised delivery of both pairs of skates July 29, rescheduled for July 30, it is now after business on August 7 and the only update was I never owned skates/no skates in inventory/we never had skates belonging to you in our possession etc According to prism the professional & competitive multi discipline skater pulled off a three decade career without owning skates. I had to report the skates to police as stolen since Prism refuses to take responsibility and refuses to give me my skates. The one thing I needed to feel better right now they’re either intentionally withholding or they have lost/destroyed them. I confirmed with manufacturer, the sole US distributor, and the only technician in the area certified to do this work that Prism failed to contact them to confirm what could be used on the skates without compromising safety. If my skates are returned it is very clear they’ll have been destroyed by Prism’s negligence.

We had a fire back in May. This company has been awesome from the beginning. They picked up our equipment and reviewed what was salvageable and what could be restored or repaired. They communicated exactly the cost, time and when they would return. Very professional and everything was wrapped and well cared for. Joseph and Carlos took care of our expensive equipment and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend them. They relieved some of the stress of the fire, knowing they were caring for our things!

having your house involved in a fire smokw and water damage can be a nightmare...every little thing moving forward matters as one begins the painful slow process of building a temporary home till your home gets back to it's original state. Isaiah, Luis, and Carlos are amazing gentlemen. Not only are they highly professional, attentive, and prompt, they took so much care with my products (exercise equipments) and temporary home. They have no idea how much they help laid the foundation in the building process of my family and we begin to put our lives back together. They made such an impact that I only want to work with them, Isaiah, Lewis, and Carlos, during the move of these equipments when my home if finally rebuild.

Joseph and Carlos from ERS came to pick up the piano for repair. They were both so courteous and kind AND very professional. Joseph took pictures of the piano, the broken keys and music stand. He explained that they were going to take the piano to the warehouse and evaluate the damage. He also said that they will send an email in the next day or so with a report of the evaluation. It was a pleasure working with them and I hope that they are the ones that come back to return the piano once it’s repaired. Thank you Joseph and Carlos.Melissa
