I'm not happy with them at all They went into my bedrooms with out asking. There was not any issue in my bedrooms but the fact that they went in my bedroom with my permission really upset me. As far as the work performance they really can do better and be more professional.

When the unfortunate happens such as a major water leak affecting homes or areas to a property, this company comes through! They have a wonderful team. The communication is transparent and the work completed is always great. Kerri does a great job at making sure our property is being taken care of. Marie provides thorough and up to date reports on the scope of the job. The technicians who arrive are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services! Josh has been very pleasant and respectful as he worked in our building and apartment. We appreciate his patience while we tried to wrap our heads around what is happening. Josh took the time to explain the hows and whys of the RestoreCore process which has made the adjustment bearable. He also showed compassion and understanding for the danger to my mother's failing respiratory health and he set the reasonable expectation by communicating a general timeline to completion. Josh has also left the affected and surrounding area neat and in order. He is a professional who went above and beyond to treat and clean the work space including our belongings that ended up covered in dust thoroughly before his departure. Everything looks great! Terrible service from this company. They move your furniture without getting permission from you, and then lie and claim that you signed a waiver saying that you gave them permission. They moved 1000s of dollars of property in my apartment when I specifically asked them not to. Their customer service is horrendous. Their team has no respect for you or your property. Would highly recommend finding anyone other than them to work on your property.
