K&B responded quickly to my roof, deck, and ceiling damage caused by a recent storm. Their team were punctual, professional, and diligent in getting the repairs completed. Their work, which included roof repair, ceiling repair, deck repair, and yard debris cleanup was of great quality. Their Forman on the job walked me through the project and even educated me on a few roofing topics (showing faults on previously installed shingles). I will certainly use K&B for future projects.

We went with K & B after a pipe burst and insurance recommended them. We were so overwhelmed at the time and didn’t think twice about it. I am SO happy we went with them, from start to finish the experience was great. They worked seamlessly with insurance; they were on time everyday, friendly, and explained everything going on every step of the way. They did dry wall, paint, and flooring and everything honestly turned out better than I expected. I’m not usually one for writing reviews - but after the nightmare of having a pipe burst, I don’t think we could have dealt with a better company.

I am not sure how this company has 4 stars. K&B has been the worst company we have ever dealt with. We needed a new roof and after getting a couple quotes and looking at reviews we decided on K&B which we later regretted. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they drag their feet on projects. After months of waiting to get a new roof, I discovered they were using a contracting company and reached out to the contracting company (my realtor also got involved since our house was on the market and under contract and they were no help to her either) The contracting company had no idea our house was under contract and were furious to find out K&B withheld this information from them. They also informed me K&B lied and we were never on their schedule. The contracting company had the work completed ASAP so our settlement would not be delayed. K&B did absolutely nothing to help with the process. Terrible lack of communication and terrible customer service. I highly recommend staying away from this company. You will have to constantly follow-up with them and even then, you are being told anything and everything just so they can get off the phone with you.

I'm a little slow but, I'd like to thank Ken and his crew for a job well done. I was informed at the beginning of June last year that plans had changed and my dad would be moving in with me. He is using a walker and would need a bathroom remodel to accommodate his needs. He would also need a ramp to get in and out of the house. K & B was contacted by my son and Ken and his crew came out and started work almost immediately. His crew was very professional and went beyond to complete the work efficiently and with the greatest detail. They went as far as to go out and find molding to match the existing molding in my 50+ year old house. Thanks K & B for a job well done.
