Our experience with Aaron Builders has been disturbing, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful to a family already traumatized by a house fire. While work was being done in the home, several serious issues occurred: A young animal was taken by workers, wrapped in a filthy piece of cloth, and placed into their work vehicle, despite workers being clearly instructed not to touch or go near the animals. They went out of their work s ope area and took this baby ani.al who was with their mother. This incident was captured on video and shown to the owner. The animal was returned while they were still on the property but later required veterinary care. The owner stated Aaron Builders would cover the veterinary costs; they did not. Valuable items went missing under Aaron Builders’ control. When boxes were returned, we immediately discovered that collector coins valued at over $5,000, military medals, and a presidential letter were missing. An Aaron Builders representative admitted they did not re-inventory the box before returning it, meaning the last verified location of these items was in Aaron Builders’ custody at their storage facility. Despite this, they have refused to meaningfully address or resolve the loss and appear to be attempting to sweep it under the rug. The owner even asked the office manager while on site and realizing it was their fault if they had insurance. Personal photos and items were found hidden inside trash cans instead of being properly logged and secured. These actions were documented. Superintendent failed to show up for multiple scheduled appointments, including times he stated he was “on the way” and never arrived, contributing to ongoing communication problems. Superintendent also contacted the elderly homeowner stating his insurance deductible had not been paid and requested his debit card for $1,000. After confirming directly with the insurance company, this statement was completely untrue and he should of never requested this information. Property damage also occurred, including damage to a kitchen table. The business owner drafted, printed, and personally brought an agreement to the homeowner’s residence for signature. In that agreement, the owner stated Aaron Builders would only pay less than half of the cost to replace the table. The document further stated that if payment was not received within five business days of submitting the receipt, Aaron Builders would owe an additional amount—which still did not come close to covering the full replacement cost. The receipt was provided, Aaron Builders acknowledged receiving it, and the owner stated a check was “in the mail.” The five-business-day deadline passed, the additional amount became due per the agreement, and no check was ever received. The insurance adjuster contacted the office manager asking for the check number and she advised she could not. There has been no response or follow-up. Throughout this process, the owner has portrayed himself as caring, but his actions consistently show avoidance of accountability, dismissal of documented issues, and a pattern of delay and intimidation. Even when trying to resolve the damage they did to the kitchen table he immediately went off saying if we needed to go to court he gladly would. The homeowner at this point was emotionally and mentally exhausted with the games this company was playing. These are only some of the concerns; there were many more. No homeowner—especially an elderly homeowner recovering from a fire—should ever be treated this way. Please beware and do not use Aaron Builders.

We had a horrible experience dealing with this contract company. Michael and his crew did such a horrible job with our bathroom we ended up having to hire another contract company to complete our bathroom correctly. The workman ship was so poor, wall was bowed behind toilet, tile floor was uneven, trim was messed up, shower was not draining properly causing bathroom to flood and so much more. The first crew working on our bathroom clearly was inexperienced. Vince the owner sent a second crew to fix some of the issues, but bathroom still wasn’t completely functional. What should have taken 4-6 weeks ended up taking 7 months. Michael was very unprofessional and constantly making excuses for his crew as to why it was taking them so long to complete our bathroom.

Not sure why. I'm getting an email to review this comp several years later. I had flood damage to a 1/2 bath and a small living room. I was referred to Aaron Builders by my insurance company. This happened in April. The work was not even scheduled till September. 5 months later. I lived in a construction zone with three foot of all of my walling cut out. To say that I'm happy with the quality and the craftsmanship of work that they did is to say the least. There were 2 men that came out. One was named Tony I believe. I felt as if they never wanted to deal with me since Iam a women that owned the home. In the bathroom, the paint job was spotty. The trimwork, it was sloppy uneven. Nail holes, not covered in paneling and uneven They didn't even replace my baseboard. Gaps and holes everywhere in the tile and trim areas. Not seamless work. Very choppy In the living room again, spottiness with the painting, the putty work for the drywall is uneven and patchy. The stairs leading up to the kitchen, the edging, it is too thick. My elderly father cathes his feet all the time in the steps. Leading to falls. We have to walk down sideways. on it. The flooring was put in improperly You can tell where it doesn't even buckle together correctly. They put down the flooring first and then did all the work to the bathroom while they were walking all over it. You may ask why I never reached out or why I am reaching out so late. I did reach out to them. Several times I am a single woman that owns this house. And I don't know if they didn't feel like they needed to deal with me. I did have to address issues several times while they were here. As well as have a male friend, contact them and go over things that needed to be done from the construction/ carpenter field. I don't know if they felt that they had to rush this because it was just an insurance job and they just wanted to get in and out. I'm not sure anyone from this company will even read this, but anyone from their company is more than welcome to come out and still see the damage that is here.

11/24-440pm your kids driving your work box truck should learn how to drive and right aways when driving on the hwy. Heading east on 96 near exit 92. 2 young males with some hand gestures as I passed on the right to get around the erratic driving. Not professional in the least bit. Wouldn't let them drive my equipment personally.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend Aaron Builders. They had problems every step of the way on our project. From not being able to get proper permits in a timely manner, to horrid and childish customer service (supervisor yelled at me), to leaving a mess, poor communication, installing multiple obviously broken cabinets, and not doing anything in a timely manner. They broke my dishwasher from leaving it outside in feezing temperatures, broke my refrigerator moving it, they told me we would be in a hotel for 2-3 weeks but it ended up being 3 months, the project was supposed to take 3 months and took almost 2 years to complete. The owner did little to nothing to help and just defended his crew. It was an awful experience and I would absolutely NOT recommend them. Hire literally anyone else.

Aaron Builders repaired our home after a lightning strike caused a house fire. It took about 8 months due mainly to the comprehensive repairs needed to the house's electrical system. The contents division worked very hard to remove and clean all our household goods, securely storing them until we were able to move back into the home. They took great care to account for everything. The construction itself went very smoothly with only a few problems that Aaron was swift to correct. Our project manager, William, was very communicative and helpful when we wanted to add renovations to the repairs. We are very happy with the final product and the 5-year warranty. And Aaron's contents team are remarkable people who genuinely care and want to help you get back into your home with your stuff intact.

Having your home flooded because of a burst pipe in the condo above you is completely overwhelming. Aaron Builders did an excellent job on the reconstruction. The Project Manager, Robert Medlan, was top notch. He was knowledgeable, organized, efficient, and always explained what would be happening next. He was also very kind. Every contractor that was sent to my home did excellent work. They were also very respectful of me and my belongings. They showed up when they said they would and at the time they said they would. When there were unforeseen problems, Rob handled them immediately. He is a treasure. I highly recommend Aaron Builders.

I was referred to Aaron Builders as part of an insurance claim. Dealing with them was wonderful! My assigned Aaron project manager coordinated all the trades who needed to participate in my repairs. I also hired Aaron to do the repairs that were my responsibility. The professionals they hired did excellent work and were at my house when they said they would be. I appreciate that. I will keep Aaron on my list of preferred providers.

Our insurance company contracted out to Arron Builders. We had a water leak at our refrigerator which caused extensive damage to first floor walls and living room carpet and finished basement walls and ceiling. Cleanup and drying contractors were great. They decided to pack up and store our living room furniture which took about 2 days and had to truck it to storage 60 miles away, then had to schedule it's return which took a several days to get back. That crew worked slowly and stuck chewing gum stuck under our patio table when on break. The drywaller/painter did a decent job, but typically worked about 2 to 4 hours a day, taking several days to finish job and had an attitude. He assured me walls would look great and he'd smooth out any rough spots. When I showed him a couple "flaws" on the walls ,he said those were already there, not his fault but would do me a "favor" and fix them, after he told me earlier he would take care of all those things .The carpet contractors they hired were great and did a very good job. Overall a decent job when finished, but probably would not recommend.
