DeWeese and Associates did a knockout job on our project. Roof, siding, windows, doors, bedroom balcony and pergola addition. Brett was great...he explained everything thoroughly and checked in regularly. Yes there were small hiccups but what project doesn't encounter these. He worked with us and helped solve any issue that came up. Our house turned out better than we expected. We get compliments from our neighbors repeatedly!

If I start, I don't know how long I will go on so I will just say if your looking for some landlord special quality of work, go with Brett. Otherwise save yourself and run. Deliberately misleading, hides work not done properly, breaks owners personal possessions, has a flock of subcontractors he doesn't monitor, insults your intelligence, badmouths customers in their own home and refuses to take accountability. I digress...years later I'm still finding and dealing with issues caused by them. I have sooooo many pictures if anyone wants to see his quality of work through the whole process.

Deweese & Associates is bar none the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. We used him for an FHA rehab loan project. His subcontractors ruined our siding on rear of home, left the rain boot off the electrical conduit when they installed roof and ruined the electrical panel when it rained and froze. Broke a brand new slab of granite after it was installed and tried not to pay for it, tried to Install an A.C. unit that was not the one quoted (smaller and cheaper), left drywall patches unfinished and used the wrong size drywall all together on the walls. I had to start video recording our property 24/7 just to see what was happening because it was such a circus and just so unbelievable. I have piles of pictures and emails to coordinate this story. I had a friend use him for an FHA rehab project also and the same thing happened to him and Brett actually walked off the job and left it unfinished and up to my friend to finish in time before the bank deadline. Bottom line is Brett got us for $26,000, DO NOT LET IT happen to you
