I am so thankful and appreciative of this restorative team. A huge shout out to Tyler, Baylor, Jordan and Matthew.I had a recent leak from my kitchen which leaked down to the basement dry Wall / flooring. The plummer fixed leak and informed me the mold was bad! I didn't know where to start, but my son Joey told me Melvin Belk roofing had a restorative team as well! I was elated as they installed my new roof a few years ago! I learned then that their company comes in quickly and is very thorough. Their work ethics are honorable! Tyler came in and was sincerely concerned about my health. I was worried as I just had difficulty with knee surgery. I couldn't do a thing. Baylor and Jordan came in quickly and removed mold and treated everything! They took care of everything swiftly. Along with Baylors brother Matthew. They respected my belongings and truly took care of everything. They made it so easy for me postoperatively. They cleaned everything and made sure everything was picked up before they left. Always had friendly phone calls when they were coming, when they went to lunch and when they were leaving for the day with instructions of what was planned for the next day. Communication was excellent. I cannot express enough gratitude to this team. I stand behind this team and I 100% respect this crew and I 100% recommend MBR to anyone going through the same Thank you guys! Great job! Forever Grateful!

Last Thursday, we had the unfortunate event of having a sewer pipe break inside the home. It had gone onto the ceiling of our finished basement. It had saturated the drywall and carpet area. We called MBR and they were out here immediately. They brought in all of the equipment necessary to clean everything up that night and start drying everything out.They were so professional and informative. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. When you’re in crisis this is the team you want on your side. A special thank you to Taylor, Baylor And Caleb.

MBR did a phenomenal job for us. We called them with possible moisture concerns. I spoke with Tiffany and let her know what our issues were and she suggested that we have a technician come out and perform an inspection. She was able to have Ty come out that same day to perform the inspection. He called us previous to hear first hand our concerns to ensure that the details that were given to Tiffany were correct, which they were. He gave us a timeline for arrival which was an hour long and not four hours which we are accustomed to. We actually even got a call from him when he was on his way as well which allowed us to put away our animals. He was very courteous and removed his shoes and went through every step of what he was testing for and what the readouts meant from his different testing equipment. We will absolutely use them for any future restoration needs and would also highly recommend to anyone else. Again it was an overall phenomenal experience and we thank you for taking care of us with a possible serious situation.
