I want to give a huge shoutout to Dominic and his amazing crew! When our office got hit with a flood, Dominic came to check out the damage and see if he would be able to fix our window treatments. He was super friendly, walked us through the whole process, and even gave us the heads up that it'd be cheaper to buy new curtains online since he noticed there was a sale on amazon instead of cleaning the old ones and charging us more money. Most businesses wouldn't bother being so honest, but Dominic went above and beyond. He stayed super responsive and didn't mind answering all our random questions, even ones unrelated to the restoration work. Can't thank them enough for being awesome! Huge thanks, Dominic!

Recovery cleaners took such great care of us, getting us 24 hour turnaround sets of emergency clothing, processing our other clothing quickly when needed and returning our clothing to the hotel, even when we couldn't be there, packaged perfectly. They got the smoke smell out of the clothes and textiles. We are so pleased with their white glove treatment and care for every detail of things we so often take for granted.
