Had our ducts cleaned by Andersen Brothers. 22 registers for ~$560 we were happy with the price and it was nice to be able to pay with credit card. The guys who came were nice and cleaned up after themselves upstairs, but not so much in the basement. The filter I installed the day prior is now trashed. Caked with dust and dander from the duct cleaning. The return was also filled with dust/dander. I had to vaccum out the return leg upstream of the filter, there was so much. The patch job they did on the return ductwork was falling off as well, I had to repair it with aluminum tape.

I was able to get the carpet in my whole house cleaned within a day of making the appointment. Tom and Derrick were friendly, courteous and professional. They helped move a heavy table out of the way. They helped improve an old, water damaged area that we thought was as good as it could get. They provided an estimate and education about air duct cleaning which was helpful. They scothguarded some extra areas in our main family room without extra cost. Tom and Derrick did a thorough job of steam cleaning carpets and stairs . Once the carpet had dried some spots were still there, I called & immediately Tom responded and came back next day. They spot cleaned again & wallah no spots !! They both were helpful and cheerful, very polite and had no attitude when they had to come back. Would recommend them highly & use them again! Had Anderson Brothers Steamatic clean our duct work. It was the 1st cleaning since the house was built 16 years ago. Initial call to explore was great and Tom explained things well. Pricing was very good and competitive so decided to go with them. Had a disappointing schedule issue; they didn't show up for our appointment. When I called, it had been lost in their system and I had to reschedule. They did gave us ~5% discount on the service. Technicians (Tom and Doug) that did the work were very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt very confident in the abilities. They took before and after pictures and spent a lot of time cleaning things out. The ducts are much better now and we're happy we had it done. A downside was them having to cut some holes in our basement ducts for access to enable the cleaning process. They covered the holes when finished but there were several metal shavings/pieces still on our basement floor and rugs when they left. They need to do a better job of cleaning up when finished (quick clean with vacuum) as that is a safety issue. Overall, I am happy with the experience. Ducts are much cleaner at a fair price. People are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend working them.

Anderson Brothers Steamatic in Portage, MI cleaned the carpet at our home yesterday and the porcelain tile today. The floors look fantastic and the staff were great to work with. They got out stains on our 20 year old carpet and the grout on the tile looks brand new. The staff was very considerate of our property and concerned about doing a good job. Tom and Tom did a great job cleaning carpets in two bedrooms that hadn't been professionally cleaned in 14 years. They laid down protection on my living room carpet to keep it clean, wore booties over their shoes, moved the dressers and beds around to access all the carpet, put the dressers on blocks to get them off the carpet, put guards on the door trim to not bump and scratch them, and put the same on my entry door to protect it and help block cold air from getting in. The carpets are visably cleaner, brighter and smell great. Nice job guys! I would definitely hire Anderson Brothers Steamatic again.
