I highly recommend Relax Restoration for residential mold remediation work. Three weeks before closing on the sale of our home we were required to provide proof of mold remediation in our house attic. There was no other information provided from the inspector as to what they saw or suspected. I hired an environmental testing company (third party) to assess and report if mold was present in the attic. The tests confirmed the presence of some mold but the testing company does not do mold remediation work. I then reached out to Relax Restoration. Carson was very accommodating considering the timeline to complete the mold remediation and retest prior to closing. Carson visually inspected the attic and provided a detailed 12-page inspection report. He also provided a detailed “Scope of Work” description for the proposed mold remediation work. I was impressed with Carson’s professionalism, attention to detail, work ethic, friendliness, level of expertise (knowledge of federal guidelines to follow) and most importantly his responsiveness to my time constraints. I felt very comfortable that I hired the right company, at a reasonable price, to help me properly remediate mold concerns in the attic. They did quality work under extreme conditions in the attic and they worked through some challenges along the way at no extra cost to me. Kudos to Relax Restoration and Carson
