The PuroClean Waconia team handled our kitchen water loss and restoration with excellence and provided end to end continuity every step of the way. Within hours of our first call, Rob and Ella led a knowledgeable and friendly mitigation team through water damage clean up from a dishwasher leak that destroyed hardwood floors and cabinets in our kitchen in a timely and thorough manner. You can count on the team to bring professionalism, deep knowledge, kindness, and empathy when you bring them into your home in a time of duress. After the space was completely dry, we were introduced to the owner Ryan and he walked us through a proposed rebuild plan and unlike other rebuild contractors our insurance company suggested, was open to the challenge of including overall improvements we had been considering prior to the water loss. We worked with Ryan and Tyler to replace flooring, install new cabinets, raise a sunken living room floor to seamlessly connect entryway, living room, and dining room, widen a walkway, and add a much needed kitchen pantry. All significant improvements to our home that the team handled with grace every step of the way. When final cabinet design didn’t go as originally planned, Ryan worked with us to correct it. Roger ensured level flooring was installed with reductions to squeaks and creaks throughout and built a solid foundation to raise the sunken living room before laying new vinyl plank flooring. Dan, Jessie, and Marshall all worked hard to ensure cabinets were built and installed correctly with accuracy, and they really look amazing and transformed the usability of our kitchen with many storage upgrades. Tyler, Ryan, and Roger all ensured each build challenge was met with a solution and communicated with me every step of the way. Jean leads the customer care outreach with a smile to help when schedules get busy and ensure an open communication line for feedback. Ryan is building his organization, and they are not perfect, but they strive to ensure excellence and stand by the work to make everything right in the end. Ryan has tons of mitigation and construction knowledge, understands the complex insurance components, makes himself available to clients, and will work with you to ensure fair pricing for an excellent outcome in the end. My project included out of pocket expense to improve the space on top of the water loss insurance settlement and Ryan took the time for cost transparency which I appreciate. I have confidence the PuroClean Waconia team will stand by their craftsmanship should there be any issue to warranty in the future.

When our upstairs bathroom flooded down through the floor through the kitchen ceiling below? We were devastated. The damage extended from the bathroom, the hallway carpet, the kitchen ceiling and walls. I am so thankful that we called Puroclean. They should be your first call? And they will be your only call! Their expertise at helping us navigate our insurance claim was above and beyond. Our restoration crew lead by Tyler with Dan, Marshall and all were top notch. We had a very pleasant experience with Ryan and the team at PuroClean. Ryan was able to help us get a quote prepared for insurance and worked with them to process the claim and took care of us from beginning of evaluating the damage of a pedestal sink leak in our powder room, to the mold mitigation of our bathroom. Roger did the flooring install and did a wonderful job of taking time to install our new flooring from start to finish. He was very friendly timely and kept us updated on the progress of the floor. Overall the process of working with PuroClean was delightful. They worked with us on our timeline and helped along the way with any questions we had through out the process. We used PuroClean for a water issue at our house and they were fantastic. I reached out to them on Sunday, heard back right away and a technician at our house Monday morning. Our situation did not warrant immediate attention, so Monday morning was fine. Throughout the process Jean kept us looped in as to when and what was going to happen next, she is a great communicator and kept the process moving. Makes all the difference with you know what to expect. Great work by PuroClean, highly recommend.

The response and clean up to our flooded basement was great. The quality of work was good and I was impressed with that crew’s attention to cleanliness. However, the remainder of our project was poor. Even though we paid for protection, the dry wall team didn’t cover our belongings. When we questioned it, they claimed to have cleaned up the dry wall dust and then put the coverings on later but still made us pay for the covering. We requested a flooring quote. Six weeks later, we received an email saying they wouldn’t provide us a quote. Although the water clean up was great, the remainder of our experience was not. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

This company is fantastic!! I had water in my kitchen and they were on site in less than 24 hours. They had all the water mitigation done in a couple of days and they were so kind and respectful. When it came time for reconstruction, the communication was excellent. Everything was explained to me, and they took so much respect for me and my home. When I had questions, Sam and Marianne in the office were so kind. Ryan, the owner took care and was part of all the planning. Ella and Marshall were on top of the mitigation. And the reconstruction team of Tyler, Jesse, Dan and Roger took so much care in making sure everything was done well. The final step was to clean my home and Jason did a wonderful job. Our sump pump stopped working overnight, so we woke up to an unexpected flooded downstairs. Ryan and his team were amazing; getting to our house quickly and working for hours and hours to get carpet, trim, damaged drywall etc ripped out to start the drying process. Their team is awesome. They communicate well, answer any and all questions you have, communicated with our insurance by sending pictures and updates, and made an overwhelming/unexpected process go smoothly for us. We hope we won't have to experience water damage again in the future, but if we do, PuroClean will definitely be our first call!
