Brandon O'Brien Production Manager helped everyone enduring the after effects of flooded basements from water company's water main break. He was quick. Efficient, professional even when some neighbor's were rude and impolite... he truly is an asset to the company. His work ethic is unstoppable. If I asked questions he quickly answered and got my problems handled. Even when mom ended up in hospital at same time plus working full time and going to college full time, Brandon always was on time and reliable. He made a hectic stressful time so much easier with lockbox on door so he could do his job and I could juggle the rest of my life's work. August 2025 and the Missouri monsoon hits, apparently generating so much water that my gutters and the street drainage couldn't handle the volume. This caused my sewer drain to be overwhelmed and become a mini-geyser pushing about 2-3 inches of water into my basement. I called my insurance agent who referred me to Crown Restoration. Within 30 minutes Hunter and his colleagues were at my house to assess the damage and they immediately got to work. They removed any contaminated material, disinfected everything, and left provided dehumidifiers. Hunter and crew were fast, friendly, clean, and very open with what they were going to do and how much it would cost. Just a few days later my basement is clean, dry and I'm ready to take the next steps toward fixing this problem for good. Should something like this happen again I'll for sure call Crown Restoration for help.

We have had two experiences with Cory and Crown Restoration. The most recent was a burst frozen pipe this year. They were out the next day to fix the pipe, clean up the water, Remove wet material (drywall, flooring, rugs). They dried out the house and repaired all of the damage. House was as good as new. Cory worked with the insurance company to make sure the claim was paid. A few years ago we started a similar job with another firm (Belfor) and they could not finish it. Crown stepped in and took care of everything. They are experts. They will not waste your time or money. Fantastic company.

They were kind, respectful and highly skilled . This trio carefully rearranged my belongings and extracted what seemed like oceans of water from the carpet.
